We stopped going to McDonald's because you had to use a machine to order. Now Taco Bell has done the same thing. Oh well, we can still go to Wendy's before they go down that route. I am a person not a machine.

Worst service ever, However, with TB's new setup where you can only order via kiosk it really sucked. I could not find the lunch box specials. I talked to one of the clerks and told I needed to wait, 10 minutes later I finally tackled the clerk just to get runaround.

This was a delivery. When we got the food the fries were rock hard. The flour tortilla on my soft taco was rock hard. Everything in the order was cold. The potatoes in the burrito were like stones. I would never recommend eating or at least getting food delivered to you at this TacoBell. If I were the owners of this location I’d be embarrassed.

Worst experience. The customer service at this location is horrible. Both guys who were working at night were extremely unprofessional. They were making inappropriate remarks and laughing the whole time. They weren’t taking their job seriously. Very annoying. I was very uncomfortable to say the least.On top of that my food was cold and extremely messy.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick-up 5 minutes prior to arrival. Proceeded to wait in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes with only 6 cars total in the line in front of me. Each car was asked to wait (on average) at least 5 minutes at the order stand prior to staff taking their order. Once I made it to the order stand, I was told my mobile order was not on file despite my card being charged and verification that the order was placed at the right location. I was told there was no way to remedy the situation and that it all needed to be done through the app. There was no way for them to even make my order without having to pay for it again. The app did not have an option to refund the order and only directed us to call customer service for questions. I then needed to wait an additional 10 minutes in line just to exit the drive-thru as it was taking that long for the 2 cars in front of me to receive their orders. Needless to say, the service and wait times at this location is abysmal and we will not be returning.
