This is the third time I've sat in the drive threw for over 30 minutes just for 2 beefy 5 layers, 2 burritos shouldn't take you 30 mins. Horrible service.

Wonderful staff and atmosphere, I had heard wonderful things about this establishment on the highly revered and Michelin Star rating approved website âsimpsonsdotdovforbestporn.comâ. Stopped by with the huzz and bruzz for some grub, the yuncs were delightful, highly recommend their cheese-it crunch wrap.

Got home and realized they completely forgot to count the burritos we ordered through the drive-through. We only ordered 8 total burritos and the couldn't even get that right. As of now during the time of this posting the current employees are incompetent and can't fulfill a simple order. Very frustrating. I'd be more okay with a completely different version but to completely forget an entire item is unacceptable.

This location constantly closes the store early. Pull up at the drive-thru at 12: 30, hours. Say until 1:00 yet? I was told by someone over the intercom that it was closed when there's three employees just sitting outside doing nothing. This is the fourth time this has happened. Either adjust the hours online or stop closing the store early. Awful!
Second time this year I have came to this Taco Bell and the night shift is acting like children. Young Hispanic male was saying "Welcome to Walmart" through the intercom at the drive-thru and disrupted the ordering process to where I couldn't order. Refused to give manager's name when requested. Threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave and made up a ridiculous story. I will not trust this location to take my order much less touch my food. This review is aimed as the young Hispanic male working on 10/5/24 at 10:45PM. You will lose a TON of ADDITIONAL business if you don't get people here who respect their customers. I don't care if he gets in trouble or not that isn't the point of this review. It's to make the manager aware that they have a huge liability working for them. May come back during the week and get the Manager's name regardless due to the utter disrespect shows to me.
