Ordered two soft taco supremes got regular tacos. Ordered two crunchy ones one was stuck to the wrapper and the other one was broken in pieces. Cheesy bean and rice burrito had so much beans that's all I could taste. Everything went straight into the trash. Never again will I order from this Taco Bell because it was midnight and they had absolutely no customers so there is no reason in any way shape or form any part of my order should have been wrong. Maybe if the drive thru lady would have been checking whoever was making the food instead of sitting down in a chair on her phone my order wouldn't have been so messed up and I would have been able to eat tonight.

We had a really really long night and decided to stop by one of our favorite fast food restaurants. I just wanna give really big kudos and my appreciation to Rachel, Mandy, and Mariana. We haven’t had the best service at our local taco bell in a while. So my entire appreciation goes out to you for the amazing food & service! (forgive me if i spelt any names wrong!)

I had ordered three taco supremes number two it was called and they were like three bites each a long will the cheese quesadilla. 15 bucks . It's been a decade or two since I had there in the supreme taco was Big Ben now it's a little teeny tiny thing

Bathroom was disgusting!! Inside toilet black trash on floor. No air hot inside. Employee tooo busy talking to help. Friend came in talked to female employee for awhile then she left. Male employee came in threw stuff at his friend swearing. Females employees talking not paying attention to drive through telling each other their turn.

Not Exaggerating they take over 20 minutes on a non busy day
I went through the drive thru and got a cold order of nacho fries, and when I pulled around to the lobby to ask for them to be reheated, I was met with a “lobby closed due to low staff” sign. Meanwhile, inside I can see two employees sitting on the front counter talking to two customers that they decided could go in. The manager on duty was outside with ANOTHER employee (so about 5 staff members in total)
