Really good lunch. Our server, Tracy, was just a delightful gal who is good at her job. We both got the awful awful. I got onion rings and my husband got fries. Perfect diner lunch. Really good, flavorful and moist burgers, our sides were perfect and the pickle was just right. It really hit the spot!

I have dealt with nothing but very rude employees, horrible service & the food is just gross. They get my order wrong everytime and it takes 30 minutes sometimes longer. The employees all seem to be trying to do 5 things at one time and just overwhelmed.

No Prime rib during the week places ran by Incompetent People they're slow Almost an hour for 2 burger If you can't find your waitress just go outside she's smoking a cigarette

Guess I was wearing my invisible coat the night I went, cause wait staff didn't even look at me when standing in line to be seated, instead asked the man behind me if he was eating in or to go. Got seated and the same waitress(who must have been the only one working besides hostess) passed by my table 3 different times before asking what I like to drink and if I was ready to order...(10mins just went by, yes I ready)...came here just for the pie and for the 2nd time they are out... the best apple pie I've had since grams, but they never have it when we come to Carson, so 1 star since service is kinda bad and never have featured menu items

Another and only place now to get the "Awful awful" burger since the Reno location has closed. I got the newer triple patty version. The burger is so big that eating it requires cutting it in portions in which one can hold on to it to eat is avise able, it was certainly easier to get ahold of to eat, it's simply a massive burger. It was ordered medium rare and I was pleasantly surprised it was cooked to just that. The burger I thought was pretty good and not overly salted which was a big plus. It came with a pickle which left you wanting more if you are a pickle fan like me. The fries, eh they were passable, nothing worth noting. If you ever have a urge for a burger, this is certainly not a bad choice, definitely should be tried when you get a chance.

If you value your time or taste buds..... stay away. The food was terrible and the service was pathetic. To be fair there was only one waitress but it was really bad. The soup came after the meal. Prime rib was over cooked and tough. Nothing was even decent. Extremely disappointed

Small portion size for the money, server's lack of product knowledge. My "meatlovers omlette" was a disappointment. 4 little pieces of sausage in a 1 1/2 egg omlette but there was sufficient jack cheese on it. My friend's chicken strips were really chicken fingers or bites and were so so. Only plus was prompt service and server's repeatedly checking on us for refills. The place was mostly deserted on a Monday at lunchtime.

Took us 10 min to get menus and drinks then when we finally got our food, my sisters food was raw. When we got a new burger, it had a hair in it.

Service is nonexistant, second week in a row no improvement, one waitress, several tables..no urgency on her part 15 minutes after bus person served drinks was order taken, 10 minutes later salads arrived, asked for salt and pepper still waiting..,(but she is alone).order still not served 35 minutes after being taken...where is management when this is going on?? Nonexistent as well? No he is doing paperwork in back! Found out not only was there only one waitress there was only one cook, not acceptable!!

Had a $5.00 food comp so ordered the Pepperoni pizza 10" to go. I was expecting smaller like personal pan size. But it was big so leftovers for sure. Really good and only $6.99 and minus my food comp for $5. What a steal. I ordered from the hostess this afternoon around 2:30 ish. I am identifying her in case management reads these. She did everything like a hostess does, seats people, takes orders, runs the cash register etc. But she was very good at her job. And attentive and friendly. She was the bomb! And the pizza is VERY GOOD!

Terrible food and service. We went in for pie and coffee. The server took forever, which wouldn't have bothered me but there was only one other table with customers and they were done. Initially told they were out of everything but lemon meringue. Not a fan so we were getting up to leave and the server said to wait, he would see if there was possibly something else. He came back and said he found 3 pies: apple, cherry, and peach. We ordered apple and peach, warmed up, a la mode, with decaf coffee and cream. The coffee came out quickly but he forgot cream. I asked for cream again. We didn't see him again for 10 minutes. He came out with the pies but no creamer. I sent him back again for creamer. I bit into my pie and it didn't taste right. It was room temp but hadn't been warmed up as requested. Then we noticed that neither of our pies has been cooked, the dough was raw. Basically, they took a frozen pie that had been thawed out but not baked, and tried to serve it to us. We got up, told the cashier that we weren't going to eat or pay for raw pie. She apologized and had the decency to look embarrassed and apologize for what the server did. The only reason they get even one star is because the hostess/cashier was really nice.

Prices went up way to much for the food you get in my opinion. Staff are nice but I've never been charged a dollar for a to go box in my life. Idk what the owner was thinking there. But it is what it is I guess.
