This lady started her business selling tamales from her car almost 30 years ago. She has had her own store front now for several years. Extremely hard work and the best damn tamale In 500 miles! She has a small, little cafe that local work crews like to frequent, but most of her business is take out. Posole and Rice pudding is absolutely amazing!

This is real food at a great price. At Christmas time they've done poblano & cheese tamales (yum) and just recently they did spinach (big yum). They're always cheerful, friendly and very helpful.

My sister-in-law & i go when my brother is out of town & every time we go, everything is so delicious!! We get the 12 chicken tamales, rice & beans. The salsa has a kick to it, so dang good. She has other items as well. This location has 3 tables. I totally recommend Lady Tamales Carson City, NV. The lady is such a nice & kind lady. I WILL FOR SURE BE BACK!!
Parking: This restaurant shares a parking lot with a convenient store. There is enough parking though.
