They have a sign that says if it is your bday and you have 5 people you get your meal for free. We had 6 people and they wouldn't give me the free meal because one of the 6 wasn't an adult. Thats not what the sign says. Then they added a $33.00 gratuity to thr bill. For 5 people? Since the child wasn't considered a person for my free meal but was to add the tip to our bill. Won't be back!

The service is very slow and they always forget something. They also charge an automatic gratuity of 18%. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much better sushi restaurants in town with better and faster service.

My favorite sushi restaurant in Carson City. Great sushi and friendly staff. They never disappoint!

I ordered out today, and when i picked up my food they had put two rolls into a container that was too small and one of the rolls was all squished together. They are using more rice than fish now, vey dissapointing.

Tomos is da best.

Great place for AYCE Sushi. Service was quick. Folks were super nice and always considerate of our needs. Quality of the fish and chef was top notch.

Update: It had been 2 years since my last review, and it is for the better.
Everything tastes wonderful. the service is awesome. This is back to being on my number one list for sushi again. As always, the muscles are amazing.

Update, amazing once again! We took our daughter out for a date night, and she loved it. This was her first time eating sushi, and Tomos was amazing as usual.

The food exceeded my expectation, and the service provided was good. However, the waitress didn’t introduce all-you-can-eat rules, either did the menu. I got over charged for second dessert and udon. Not happy about it.

We did an all you can eat sushi order that was completely forgotten about. After waiting at least 45 minutes we decided that edamame, miso soup were not going to be a dinner. The waitress was horrible as she never checked on us or the sushi order. After being told several times that the order was on its way, we paid for our edamame, tea and soup and left. Neither one of us will patronize this restaurant ever again due to the poor service

12/29/24 - Food, atmosphere, service - everything was amazing. Such a cozy and warm place, buzzing with a happy crowd of customers. Absolutely love all of the creative rolls and all of the options. So many rolls to choose from and everything was so fresh. They also have a few non-sushi items which I appreciated as well. Our server Tina was attentive and kind! This might be our new favorite restaurant in Carson. We cannot wait to go again!
