Haven't been here in a year. Used to be the best burger in town and onion rings and pastrami. Must have changed owners. Burger was horrible. Onion rings were worse. Never returning.

Well I sat here few days ago waiting for my order to go not only was my order ready 40 minutes later than it said it would be done but the lady that was cooking was running back and forth to cook station and then to register and me and my friend saw the lady take her one left glove off to receive the money at the register for another customer and not wash her hands after or put on a glove the hand she took it off of and went and grabbed a whole handful of onion rings with her bare hand that she just received dirty money with and put them in the to go container and she grabbed a sandwich barehand a started filling it up with stuff !!! How disgusting I walked out I refuse to eat here and the slowness of the staff was ridiculous . Clearly they have no regard for people’s health and need to redo their food handling class !

I went there the other night. I'm a local and thought I would try it. They advertised the soup of the day, it was chicken noodle, I'ma soup eater andthoughtIwouldtry it. I kid you not, it was Campbell's chicken noodle out of a can. The price was 4.99, I could have bought that for 1.50 at the store. The Philly was so salty that you couldn't eat it. I was so disappointed and will not be going back.

Very quiet place to grab a bite. Calm atmosphere w/ excellent sandwiches that are simple, tasty, and good portion! Cant wait to try more off their surprisingly big menu with more than just sandwiches!

We don't want to see this place go down. So much history and memories that go unoticed by you. I, too feel like I won't go back after a second time but I can't imagine you are not taking the feedback seriously and want to make a change to continue to make memories for more in a positive way.
Cannot believe what has happened to this place. New owners have almost zero passion for there sandwiches. Should honestly look into selling it to people that seem to care.
Edit: also find it hilarious they won’t acknowledge any of the overwhelming negative reviews but reply to the only few positives. Honestly pretty cowardly.

Not even remotely the same restaurant. Staff don't care about products, and portion sizes have shrunk. New owners do not have the same passion.

The burgers were good and the service was friendly but that’s the only positive I have to say. Despite us being the only ones in the place at the time, the service was slow. The fries didn’t come out until we were halfway done. I was finished with my burger by the time the onion rings came out. The fries and onion rings were very bland. And on top of all of that, I spent $80 for a family of four for counter service. And I thought Five Guys was bad! I would not go back.
