Owner argued with me after waiting 1 and half hour for wings and garlic bread. Asked for a refund so I can leave and the owner refused. Terrible. So we waiting for over 90 minutes for their stupid garlic bread to pay them so we can leave. Outrageous. I have to pay for something I didn't get so I can leave. Don't come here.

This restaurant was recommended by my in-laws, so we decided to try it out. We ordered three pizzas online for pickup, but my FIL was only given two pizzas when he arrived to pick them up. This required him to make another trip to pick up the missing pizza. He said that the place wasn't busy, but the receptionist took a few minutes to even acknowledge him.

The pizzas themselves were pretty underwhelming. We had ordered thick crust, but received thin crust on every single pizza. And finally, they tasted about as good as a frozen pizza.

Pizza was very dry and had a burnt taste to it wouldn't recommend to anyone and 25 dollars for just 1 large pizza is a little pricey.

There is no experience when it comes to Vinos, unless you want terrible customer service. Patience is a virtue or did anyone teach them this? My only complaint is about this company is they just don’t listen.

The pizza is mid grade. Tastes like a good frozen pizza basically. Nothing special but also not bad

Absolutely perfect! Service was excellent and the pizza was mouthwatering! We intentionally bought too big of a pizza so we could bring some home for tomorrow. 100 out of 10, will always recommend!

Pro tip, scoffing at your customer when they walk in the door is not good for business. I will be gladly supporting your competition from now on!

I have been living in Carson City for eight months and this was my first time trying Vino’s. This blows flat earth and pizzaza out of the freaking water. Please give this place a try I promise you won’t regret it. Vino’s is the real deal
