They didn't have sodas the food was cold, then they would not talk to you, they make you use the kiosk, I think their manager needs fired

Waited in drive-through line for 10 minutes. Thought they had technical difficulties so I pulled up to the window of drive-through to order The guy told me I needed to go all the way through the line again because they are busy. Acted like I cut in a drive thru line when I asked to order at window. New crew is unreasonable. Time waste

I'm really liking Wendy's. Very good value. Good food. Love the chili. You can have the baked potato instead of the fries in the combo.
I got there during breakfast but wanted french fries. Lindsey was kind enough to fry me up some fries. Thank you for being so kind😁

I went with my grandmother and my disabled cousin and when we got there none of us knew what we wanted and the guy at the window says I’m sorry but if you don’t know what you want can you go to the parking lot and come back when you know what you want I said we don’t have the ability to do that we need to be able to look at the menu and he says well my timer is already at 200 seconds so I need you to hurry I said that’s a little rude maybe we should go somewhere else, maybe you should let me speak to your manager and he says I am the manager…. HE WAS THE BIGGEST JERK I EVER ORDERED FROM…. I WILL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN AND GO TO THAT WENDYS FROM NOW ON….

The hamburger was overcooked and tough as shoe leather. They included 1 pickle slice, 1 thin slice of day old tomato and 1 slice of very limp, 2 day old lettuce. They tried to overcharge me and forgot items I had ordered.
