Unfortunately we’ve been to Wingstop many times and never had the issue we did today. Since when do you have to pay extra for ranch?! We only ordered wings (not combos). I asked for ranch and they said it would be an extra charge. The reason they said was because we didn’t order a combo. Not a fan anymore.

The manager is absolutely wonderful. We ordered delivery and only ended up receiving half of our food, we drove up there, and the manager not only remade the entire order, but also was working to refund the delivery charge. He went completely above and beyond for us and I've never had such an amazing experience with having an issue anywhere else.
The food is always delicious and now I also know for a fact that if anything is wrong, they'll go the extra mile to fix it.

Cold Catastrophe
My husband and I ordered takeout a couple weeks ago and ?? soooo disappointed!! For 1 we always spend so much money on takeout and the fact that the Louisiana Rub boneless wings were absolutely NO SEASONING at all!! It wasn’t discounted wings day!! I’m not sure who is cooking but that’s just awful! We didn’t call or anything as didn’t want our food messed with. So we just won’t ever eat there again! And wingstop is our spot.

Overall not a terrible experience, but the place was empty and we were waiting almost an hour for our food to come out. It was good food, but they over cooked the wings and undercooked the fries. The people were alright, not super friendly, seemed like they were more interested in being on their phones than providing adequate customer service.

Restaurant is mediocre. The commercial is so bad and so obnoxious and so frequent that I had to voice my displeasure with wingstop. Stop running that awful commercial.
Place looked very busy. Staff seamed a bit overwhelmed but food was going out. Glad we did take out.
