Order on their app. My estimated time was supposed to be 5:13. I waited until 5:30 just in case of traffic or anything and no pizza. I called to let them know I never got my order. Now waiting another 39 minutes for my order. This sucks

The one star is for the customer service. There just isn't any. I told them I was paying in cash and the driver doesn't have any change? Ridiculous. Talked his way into a decent tip but also talk his way into a customer never tipping again nor ordering there. Plus the pizza was all mushed up in the box like it was just rolling around in the back seat. Lost a good customer here.

I give one star for the courteous and friendly staff, and for the GM that took the time to talk to me on the phone and listen to and acknowledge my complaints after THE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE... I will list the grievances in chronological order, rather than "bad-to-worse"... Here's what we wanted: Two of Pizza Hut's famous personal-pan-pepperoni pizzas, and two sodas, to sit at a table and watch the first quarter of the football game... nothing fancy. We walk in... The place is empty, but no one can greet us or seat us because everyone is busy on the phone, it's not their fault, they're obviously understaffed, it's 5 pm, of course they're busy on the phone, no problem... After standing in the doorway like idiots for five minutes someone finally had time to talk to us. We tell her that we are there to "dine in", and she said, "ok", but still we had to order everything at the counter (in-between phone calls), because there is no waitresses or hostess or bus-boy or anybody to seat us or serve us, no problem... We are offered drinks; I asked for a medium coke... Of course, "no Coke, Pepsi!", and it's only available in 20oz or 2L bottles; no glasses, no ice... $17 up-front for two tiny pizzas and two sodas... A little overpriced, but I can get over it, no problem... We seat ourselves at the least dirty table; (again, not the staff's fault; they were too busy with their computers and phones to worry about playing restaurant), and we patiently wait for our server to bring us our fresh-out-of-the-oven sizzling-hot pan-pizzas... No problem... After 30 minutes of watching our $4 sodas get warm, we were served cold pizza (because there was no one available to bring it to our table while it was hot) in to-go boxes... I said, "no wait, we ordered this 'for-here', not 'to-go'", and she says, "I know, I'm sorry, they won't give us any plates or napkins or cups or straws or chicken wings either, because of COVID"... Ok, no problem... I ask for some cheese and peppers to sprinkle onto my cold overpriced to-go pizza... Nope! They only sell it in big overpriced jars, and I was not about to run my card again for something that should be free... BIG FUCKING PROBLEM! (I spoke with the GM, she agrees with me in every way, it is not her fault, but she is powerless to fix her location... So sad!)

We don't usually get Pizza Hut, but stayed overnight at a hotel last weekend and ordered for delivery. We were very pleased! The girl taking the order over the phone was rather rushed and a little hard to understand, but we still got our order no problem. Delivery was quick, and everything was fresh and hot, and everything in the order was correct, plus they ended up giving us a couple extra dipping sauces. Would order from here again if in town!

Wanting to take advantage of a discount coupon, I ordered a veggie pizza. What a disappointment! At 6:00 pm on a Tuesday, the location was completely empty which was a clue. The veggies were adequate but the cheese appeared to be missing and the sauce lacked flavor. Certainly not representative of other pizza places in Carson City.

Today I called up and ordered 2 of the special large pizza, 3 toppings for $10.00 each and had them make it ready at 1:00 We arrived and it was piping hot and delicious. Thank you manage J for such great service and the other Hispanic man ( didn't get his name) who was equally attentive and nice. Highly recommend this place for service and quality.

I placed my order online I received the wrong Pizza I called Priscilla at the store location she got an attitude with me it told me that she was going to charge me again if I wanted the correct Pizza and if I wanted credit I needed to return the pizza myself what's the point of delivery I want to thank Priscilla and the Pizza hut corporation for us going hungry this evening I said we were counting on them to provide accurate and good food we got neither it was my first time ordering online and will be my last time as a customer with Pizza hut in Carson City Nevada

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Manager thinks its appropriate to scold a customer whom btw is a combat vet and hard of hearing and kwpt telling me to not yell at them. So i yelled to show her the difference and then they refuse to take the call TO FIX THE FOOD THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER!!!!! Was my first time in almost 20 years ordering from Pizza Hut and it will be my last!!!!

This establishment is absolutely horrible. Our pizza was wrong and we didn't receive the 2-liter of soda we ordered. We proceeded to call the restaurant and see if we could get our wrong and unrecieved items. The absolutely horrible manager said, and I quote, that "we either get it now or don't get it at all" and hung up on my mom. Then my dad calls them back demanding we get a refund to which she refused and when told we would take it to corporate she said exactly, "do what you have to do" and hung up. This is an awful establishment and I will never order from here again.

Normally we have enjoyed the pizza from this location,but tonight it is a different case. The pizza was overcooked and the young eoman eho took our order had anvery poor attitude.
This is the most unreliable chain there is! I placed an order for delivery, waited for 2 hours, then I finally called they said it would be a my door in 15 mins. Another 30 minutes goes by and my food never showed up. I called back to ask where it was and they put me on hold for another 5 minutes or so then they hung up on me and never called back. Yes my food was paid for, no I never got my order. I'd try another place for a quicker BETTER pizza. 0 stars in my book.

My son ordered 3 pizzas, one 1 topping and two 2 toppings, the total was over $40 I called to ask why it was so much, the original guy I talked to did say we were over charged. I waited 15 minutes to talk to a manager once she got on the phone she let me no the price was right but was very rude and didn't completely let me no what we did wrong to get that price. I called to get a regional manager number and the gave me someone in Utah's number that was not connected to that pizza hut. Needless to say we wont be ordering pizza hut if they have suck rude management

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza before and it was delicious but this time the cheese was horrible, the taste and texture was really bad. I had to stop eating it .

I can not believe how tasteless the food from Pizza Hut is: Just the cheapest, poor quality ingredients ever! I'd gladly pay more to have ANY other pizza from anywhere else. A friend was treating, so I was polite, but totally not worth the calories. I only had one slice. Avoid Pizza Hut. If you're on a tight budget, Little Ceasars is a better option.
