We were headed westbound on the 50 through the little town of Dayton, and "someone" in my vehicle says they really really need to use the restroom (me eye roll and sigh) ... so I spot a Starbucks right off the highway and whip it into their parking lot. There's other fast food places that have restrooms, but Starbucks are usually more pleasant, if you know what I mean. So, we all go in anyways. Some use the restroom others skip it. I get a coffee, cause why not? We debate if we should stop for food, but all we see is fast food and one of my guys says he knows a place on Reno as we'll be heading that way that way better. OK, then off we go and good stop here at Starbucks ... maybe I better pee while I still have the chance, it's not like we're driving out in the boonies where you can just pull off and go anywhere there's a bush.

Slowest Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t recommend using this facility unless you have a lot of time to waste

This location is the worst, I have to say. My order is never ready when I place a mobile, and by the time I get my drinks they are wrong. Just had my boyfriend attempt to pick up my mobile order for me, they gave us one venti and one grande- we ordered two ventis. The barista was extremely rude slammed the drinks down in front of him and walked away as he is trying to get assistance. This used to be a really great location, now it’s more of a nuisance, they’re always ‘short staffed’. Save your money and drive to Carson.

I went in and asked got a customer drink. A venti cup filled with coconut milk, one espresso shot, and one pump of vanilla. What I got was a cup of ice, and the line of coffee was only half way up the cup. They took my payment including a tip before giving it to me. I've been told that they have to rush every order or they get in trouble and it really showed today. I feel like they took my money and I didn't even get what I paid for. They messed it up. It was the wrong milk, they missed the vanilla, and I got maybe 5 sips of coffee.

It's Starbucks, either you love it or you hate it. I prefer Dutch brothers.

They never have soap in the bathrooms….so needless to say I didn’t get anything to drink if employees are washing their hands with no soap.

First of all, I think it's terrible that most Starbucks do not have decaf coffee on hand. Most offer a pour over and some will suggest a decaf Americano. I suggest if they offer the decaf Americano, to offer it as the same price as regular coffee. It is not the customer's fault that you offer decaf. Secondly at this location, we waited approx 10 minutes for 2 lukewarm pour over decaf coffees. A bit disappointing! Probably won't be back here.

I’ve always enjoyed getting a Starbucks. Some times it’s a treat and some times it’s breakfast for the whole family. I often visit our local Starbucks and spend over $50 on drinks, food and treats in a visit. Today I took my kids before school to get breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, hot cocoas and cake pops. It was about $30, I only got a drink. It was surprising to me that the cashier in the drive through would not accept my $100 bill. I asked if it was too early to break. She said “No, we get too many counterfeits so we just don’t accept them”. I then said, so you don’t have a way of checking my money? She then said, “No”. I was really taken by this. No place is it posted they don’t accept $100 bills, nor have I heard of a business who just won’t accept cash. A corporation as big as Starbucks didn’t accept certain cash? I’m interested in knowing why they can’t provide the tools needed to check for counterfeit money. So is this Starbucks in Daytons thing? Because no other Starbucks has refused my money!

Not a friendly location for a small town. Sad you have to drive to Carson City , NV to get a drink made correctly and have great customer service and to sit in a clean location . My last experience was an order for 2 drinks, waiting over 10 minutes in the drive thru, only to be told they couldn’t take my $100 bill. Leaving without my drinks on my lunch hr. Maybe place a sign that you want to be a cashless store or you don’t take $100 bills. Will not be returning to this location.
