Starbucks Coffee Company is a well known coffee shop. The quality of the Partners is something that needs to happen more. Employees are hustling and working hard, dealing with people who are being very rude. The supervisor did a wonderful job at de-escalating the situation when a customer was unhappy. One employee, Antonio, is a delightful, kind, caring individual who truly understands the customers. A tall guy named Travis always has great service and moves with a sense of urgency looking to get out the orders quick. Another employee, Sophie, was exceeding expectations and lifted a customer's stress. Megan was one of the most sweet and attentive employees, so willing to help and made a customer feel so at home. However, there was a disappointing experience where a customer paid for someone else’s food because the person working was not paying attention to the orders, resulting in a $12 drink instead of the normal $6.
