The service is getting better i stopped going to tacobell in dayton for months fuel to food always messed up and the service was just as bad. I gave them another try and both the food and the customer service was better
Some days the food is good for a Taco Bell, some days it looks like a kindergartner assembled it with half the food loosely slopped in the tortilla and half in the wrapper. Ditto for the drive thru, if you see a line it's a sign they're moving slow and you're going to be there a while. It just depends on who's working.
Mexican fast food. Taco bell food has become kind of bland. No real flavor to their five layer burrito or their tacos. Had trouble with the mobile app. Staff was friendly tried to help.
