On a micro scale, the presentation (the line) is typically crusty, dried out, and sluggish (slow through put). Portion sizes were okay for meat and salsa but rice and beans were way below standard. That’s the cheap stuff! Why skimp on that?Additionally is the tort person not calling back to the griller? Y’all need more communication and urgency. Keep it clean, keep it fresh, keep it stirred. And if your out of something just put a clean deep in its place. It looks a lot better...

Seems lot of bad reviews but in my opinion better than places like the star. Better than all the fast food. Maybe not as good as himikos. But overall I can see why some bad reviews. I went with my wife one time and she got a quesadilla but only one side had things in it other side barely any cheese and no chicken. I got tacos and 1 taco had almost nothing in it. Great taste but just quality control on the portion balancing of the orders are lacking.

Server was very friendly, accommodating, and gave generous portions. Food tasted better here than other Chipotles, I think because they didn't over season or over salt it. Everything cooked to prime state, veggies were fresh. We were so excited to see a chipotle in Elko, since it's one of the few places we can eat out.
