It took over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The order took another 13 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. It was disappointing because Jack in the box has been pretty good about service.
We went through the drive thru and I was actually blown away at how nice the staff were. You just don’t see that very often anymore. The guy that took our order and also the woman who gave us our food. Thank you

Jack In The Box offers fast and efficient service with a wonderful team, despite being a bit short-staffed. The food is very fresh, with hot, crispy, perfectly salted fries and crisp, flavorful veggies. However, they were out of garlic butter sauce and the touch pad on the soda machine was temperamental. The parking situation is convenient, with spots directly in front of the building and a large parking lot nearby. While some menu items like the sourdough jack may not always meet expectations, the restaurant's late hours and availability are a definite plus.
