“Play ground is great with tables and benches where parent's can enjoy eating and watch their family.
Parking: Usually everyone’s going through the drive-up which leaves lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Play ground is all the children, grandchildren and friends we take with us to spend quality time together.“

My last visit wasn't pleasant. Customer service was at a big LOW. I believe the person was of Mexican/American decent and not tall and wasn't personable at all. Sad but the food is as always yummy“

“It was clean and decent, they didn't require a code for the restroom like some places I've been. I love the food their as well!!

“The food was good but if you go inside they will put you at the bottom of the priority totem pole no matter how soon you came in. They made one of my burgers wrong and so I came back, but they waited until they were done with all the new orders before even trying to fix mine.
Still, the food was good and the restaurant was clean, so I'll just blame the sloppy service from that day on new/incompetent employees who don't know how to properly handle a rush.
I'm totally fine with waiting when it's clearly busy, but I shouldn't be shunted to the bottom of the wait list just because they made my order wrong. Most other times I've been here it's been great though, hence the overall 4 stars.“

“Was busy in drive through, the young guy at window was very apologetic and friendly (name on receipt was Damien). Got my food hot and delicious. Been too other Nevada locations and not all was this friendly or meal was exact right but this location in Elko NV was outstanding, will def come back to this location.“

“They Accommodated me because my vehicle was to tall for the drive thru. Unlike Taco Bell that was going to let me starve! Thank you so much KFC it meant the world to me❤️“
