The new lobby is nice. If there's any feedback the lobby is usually cold.

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant known for its fresh ingredients and generous portions. Customers appreciate the ability to select their own items from a variety of meat and healthy choices, making each meal personalized. The bowls and steak salad are highly recommended, praised for their delicious taste and quality. The staff is generally seen as kind, polite, and helpful, especially in accommodating special dietary needs such as gluten allergies. Employees often go above and beyond, changing gloves and washing hands automatically to ensure food safety. The restaurant features plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Many visitors find the food consistently delicious and enjoy the quick service, making it a convenient stop. However, some reviews mention issues with customer service, including long waits, poor attitudes from staff, and lack of attention to in-store customers when busy with online orders. Overall, it offers a good dining experience with some areas for improvement.
