Apparently kids can’t have fun in a public establishment. Yelling at our kids in a public establishment is unprofessional!!!

Employee yelled at everyone in seating area saying it was “to loud.”

Cool Beans used to give us huge scoops of ice cream and lately they’re super tiny. To the point where the cone is hollow with two small scoops on top. My boyfriend is very sad. ??

Amazing service! The gals working were very friendly. One employee gave us some band aids because my daughter fell outside in the street. She was personable and attentive. The coffee and ice cream was perfect!

Tried to make my banana split in two cups cuz they was outta boats. Coffee was cold & forgot my whipped cream. ??‍♀️??‍♀️ asked for refund & manager was a C ??‍♀️ NT !!!

Terrible service. And when I asked for my money returned due to the services not being up to par, the manager got really ugly with me.

Nice place, service was slow and not friendly. Ordered a Latte and a drip coffee. The Latte was just barely Warman tasted bitter. The drip coffee was full of grounds. Overall rather disappointing ?

Food / drinks: Came here for our morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend the dirty chai (iced chai latte with a shot of espresso) but would definitely avoid the cappuccino. Probably the worst cappuccino I’ve had - tasted like poor quality black coffee with no milk.
