Well e-card didn't go well, went there which I was trying to avoid. Hence on line e-card. Well the manager wasn't there to assist, so I left my phone number for a call back. Mean time i needed a wedding present! I bought another gift card at bar. As I'm putting it in the wedding card! I see The gift card was scratched up, weird colors in it. WOW! was my thoughts. They recycled this! Need to proof the cards going out from your establishment! Not a happy customer! Pending is the e-card still in limbo! Wow again!

The crab cakes taste terrible. my husband ordered shrimp and lobster ravioli, and there was shell pieces in it. he also ordered a side of sautéed mushrooms ,it came ice cold. it was so gross. and on top of all of this, the server which is also the bartender that wears glasses, after tipping her 15% of this awful meal, and her service was terrible , she stole 20 extra dollars charging us $91 and some change for a 66 dollar meal. the worst meal and worst service ever . Don't ever come to this place in Elko. awful experience.

My wife and I had our second dinner here. Getting eggplant parmesan lasagna in stock here is not easy. Tonight my wife was lucky and got the last portion. I had one of the seafood dishes. We also had the mussels starter, bread and salad. All the food was intense, but in a wonderful way. My tastebuds felt like they were at an amusement park. I completely enjoyed the meal. I was also very happy at the timing of our courses of our meal. Bread immediately. Salad very shortly after that. Appetizer shortly after that. Main course shortly after that. All in perfect timing. The service was wonderful. Totally recommend. Parking MAY be in issue and would be my only concern.

Always great service. Quiet and dim inside. The ribeye steak with potatoes and veggies is hands down the best. Also have the best spicy chicken salad for lunch. Love this place!

Had an amazing time for my husband‘s birthday. Made a reservation for 7:30 and was seated quickly. The place was full with a large party of 25. We enjoyed the Espresso martini and the BLT (bourbon,lemon,tonic) for drinks. Our appetizer was the Caprese salad with avocado however there were no basil leaves in the salad( still good, just noted) however, there was no basil leaves. The the small Caesar salad and fresh bread was good. For our main the STAR was the Luciano‘s Wagyu Beef burger and cross cut fries!!!10/10 the other was Luciano’s pasta with capers,tomatoes,spinach and more. Very good as well. Dessert was an order of vanilla gelato and Lava Cake. Very very good. Highly recommend

My spouse and my friends love dining here. This is a great atmosphere for a night on the town. Desert is mouthwatering and a must order even if to go. The drink menu is long with great options. The cocktails and wine are satisfactory. The mozzarella sticks are a great appetizer and one to always order. Great service. I will note. However, the wait staff needs to remember to mention specials to guests. You won't be disappointed in ordering food from here. Eggplant parmesan is very good, pastas are delightful, and they have giant meatballs. Make this a regular visiting place for date night especially.

Honestly, we were super excited to try this place as we are new to town. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the reviewed hype. Food was pretty bland and not very fresh. We ordered take out and the girl that answered the phone and took our order was rude. Maybe, she was just having a crappy day... The two ladies that were behind the bar when my husband arrived to pick up the order, were super nice!

My cousin recommended this place. As I checked reviews, I saw that many people also enjoyed it. I visited this restaurant last weekend, and it had a usual pizza restaurant vibe. The service is excellent despite the crowds. a large number of options. They also offered spaghetti in addition to pizza. The ravioli and margarita bread are delicious. Delectable! awaiting the opportunity to try the other cuisine. Possibly the next time I get a craving for their food.

That is not olive oil on the table along side vinegar. Waited 25+ minutes for the cocktail ordered. Then another ten after asking about it. Both ordered lobster. Then minutes later were told the kitchen ran out. That’s fine. Ordered 2 different steak entrees, one med one med-rare. Each got identical entrees instead of what we ordered, and both were insanely rare. Chorizo in the potatoes was greasy and cheap. Sent back one plate. Staff was nice.California city prices with really low quality. Maybe their pasta is good.I urge them to change whatever oil concoction they’re putting on the table and offer real olive oil or nothing. Was in town for a family member’s death and this experience was like a second funeral.
