NY strip sandwich.. ribeye... crab... the crab!! Listen I'm gonna keep it a buck. I have eaten at the star probably 10 plus times.. every time it's perfect. Best place in town hands down.
Great food and company! We went lunch here during Cowboy Poetry and they did an amazing job getting the food out hot and ready so we can get back to watching! Many of the entertainers were seen there as well, they obviously know good food!

It's a locals favorite and the best place in town for real Basque Cowboy steaks. The cabbage soup they serve with each meal is unique, healthy, and something you think about a week later. The prices are excellent as well.
