“Just had one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. Ordered the Ribeye and the cut was tender and cooked perfect, with flavor. All too often, restaurants thaw and then cook when the cut is still cool from thawing and ends up dry. I always have at least one dinner at Cooks while in Elko and highly recommend. Lunch has been great also and tried the Bison Burger the previous day.“

“Stopped by Dreez on a cross-country roadtrip because I saw it had good reviews, and it wound up being exactly what I hoped it would be. Excellent diner food that tastes like a home-cooked meal and staff that treated me like a regular. I got the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and country potatoes, and I kept eating even after I was full because it was just too damn good. Bout $13 total + tip, not bad at all. Highly recommend if you're passing through and need a good meal“
