I want to thank all the employees who had a hand in returning my purse. I left my purse here by accident. I was contacted by an employee before I even realised it wasn't in my possession! Everything was returned just as I had left it with nothing at all missing. This is proof there are good people still out there. You have no idea how much this means to me, thank you sooo much!
I've never had any problems it's clean & convenient. I've i'm always enjoyed stayin here for more than 25 years, However if you have discounted rooms you do not get your pet deposit back. This was not always the case, but it is now apparently. I didnt know that before I stayed that this time was different and am out that $25 so that's disappointing.
I've stayed here on multiple occasions, always had a good experience. Sophie our bartender/server tonight really went above and beyond and made a really challenging day so much better. Thank you A+

Based on the reviews, Maverick Hotel & Casino is an older facility that is clean and a good value for the price. The location is great, and the restaurant food is good with well-made drinks. However, the atmosphere is not great with a very smoky environment that smells like an ashtray. The rooms are past outdated with residual odors, very old carpet, and beds that are way too soft. The service is a bit slow, and the restaurant closes at 10pm and is no longer a buffet. There is a service charge to eat in the coffee shop. On the positive side, it is an excellent value with clean, quiet, and huge rooms. Some rooms have a large television screen, a nice patio, and large bath towels. The hotel is close to the freeway. If you want less crowds than Las Vegas and are not interested in shows and night life, this is a good place to gamble. It is not a Holiday Inn or like brand, so do not compare it to that type of hotel.
