I'm going to call this place "The half A** hotel". The service here is horrible!I had hair in my sink, a toilet that wouldn't flush and a bathtub that doesn't hold water.They attempted to fix the tub but never fixed the toilet. The job they did fixing the tub looked like a blind two year old did it. The workers at the front desk were less than polite.Paying $200 a night, I expected more. Wishful thinking.The only upside, nice towels.

We stayed in a none smoking room it smelled HORRIBLE OF SMOKE!!!Than 7Am the fire alarm went off for 30 minutes, and than again for 10,they did nothing but said sorry, the slots are tight you won't win anything or come close,it's definitely not like it used to be before they bought it.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THE

I went with my family to the hotel and everything was very nice and organized, the hotel was very nice and the casino was very impeccable, everything was very nice, the security was very friendly to everyone, however, the hotel manager and the receptionist were all rude and treated me very badly until they wanted to take me out of the hotel. casino they didn't want to let me enter the hotel room Until the police called me maybe it was because of the way I walked but that wasn't a way for the manager and the receptionist to treat me like that That was a very bad experience that I had with my family Because it was 3am and at that time I left the hotel with my wife and a 12-year-old girl, one of 8 and another of 6, one of 3 and one of one and a half, including a two-month-old baby, they think that was fair with everything. El Frio that I saw last night is a very nice casino to have such rude people working. Oh, what do you think is that it was fair that they treated us like that because we are Spanish...
