McDonald's Reviews
I got breakfast this morning, Holly served me. she speaks clearly so I can understand her at drive through. she is polite, nice, and does a good job. I stopped getting breakfast for about 3 months there, because I had such bad experiences. But now that you hired some good employees I'll be back.

McDonald's Idaho Street is a typical McDonald's restaurant, with a nice building but mixed opinions about the food quality. Some customers find the food unappealing, while others appreciate the freshness and taste. The restaurant uses kiosk ordering, which is simple to use, and offers dietary information with ingredient pull-down menus. It is very wheelchair accessible, with two handicap parking spots available. During busy times, service can be slow, and customers have reported that getting attention at the counter can be difficult. Some staff members have been described as trying their best, but there have been instances of rude behavior and mistakes, especially with orders like the mocha with an extra shot of espresso. For example, a manager once refused to add the extra shot, citing the machine being down, and offered a refund rather than a solution. Customers are advised to check their orders before leaving, as mistakes are common. The restaurant accepts card payments at the kiosk, but cash payments must be made at the counter, which some find inconvenient. Overall, opinions are divided, with some suggesting that management could improve supervision and quality control to make the experience better.
