traveling thru ely Nevada today we stopped at 2pm today for lunch at 2pm. ordered on the kiosk and took our number 60 to a table. after 1 hour and watching 14 cars go thru the drive thru, a young lady brought out 1 large cold fry and 1 ice tea with no ice saying we are all out of ice. are you kidding me?? so we then ask where is our other tea and cheeseburger and mcchicken sandwich and she said idk and walked away. we waited 15 more minutes and then waited at the front counter...read full review
My family went through the drive thru and we did have a fairly large order considering how many people we had to feed. We were patient and cooperative, but our order kept getting messed up. Although eventually they fixed the order for us, the food ended up being cold, dry, we were missing half our order forcing us to drive back and go inside which they did not seem happy about us going through the lobby whatsoever, and two of the cheeseburgers had absolutely nothing but bread...read full review
