Been here several times while traveling the 93. Never had any bad experience. Always drive thru. Never had to wait more than normal at a fast food drivethru.
On our drive back from Great Basin, we were really craving some milkshakes! Luckily, we found this place. We tried a few different flavors – vanilla strawberry, vanilla banana, and others – and the vanilla strawberry was really good out of those.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a nice quaint establishment with easy access inside a Loves gas station. The staff is generally very nice, kind, and helpful, showing great team work. Specific employees, including a young man and an older lady with very short hair, are noted for being kind and having a smile. A mother-daughter duo goes above and beyond to welcome every customer. The food is generally good, excellent, and comes out hot and enjoyable. However, some meals had issues. A Chicken BLT was missing tomatoes and lettuce, and the onion rings were way over done and tasted like old grease. An original chicken sandwich was just a slab of chicken between 2 slices of bread with no expected toppings. The fries are sometimes cold. It was also colder inside than outside with whipping wind.
