This is the second time I have been served a cold burger and it wasn't even a rush hour. It's as if they are in such a hurry to move you through that they don't follow cooking guidelines. The bun is cold, not room temperature but cold, and not toasted either. The burger itself is also cold inside. It's cold enough that the cheese is stiff. Food was great when they first opened. I got the famous star with cheese with a side of zucchini. I wasn't that impressed with the burger since I had high expectations since Carl's Jr is known for their burgers. I think if they changed the bun to the other bun they use for their chicken sandwich it would elevate the burger. I appreciated that they had a "healthy" side option of fried zucchini.
