Rivas Mexican Grill #23 serves food with good flavor, especially on the meats. The burritos, nachos, and chicken are popular items, with the carnitas being "outta this world". The horchata is also a favorite. The restaurant offers a good dining room and drive-thru service. Some customers have had great experiences with their orders, including the breakfast burrito, steak burrito, and steak fries. The online ordering and pickup process is easy and convenient. While some customers have had mixed experiences, many would eat here again, appreciating the restaurant's location in downtown Ely and its better quality compared to other fast food options. The portions are nice size and the food is good.
