The food is always great, but the service and atmosphere… not so much. I picked up a delivery, the service took a good amount of time, I even ringed the bell that’s provided, no one came out, so I sat at a table. There was also a mouse running around in the restaurant.

While the food is good this restaurant is severely understaffed, most of the time it’s only one lady running the kitchen and the front counter. I haven’t had good experiences waiting over an hour for DoorDash, for cold food that I felt bad even delivering.

I was door dashing and sent here to pick up an order. When I got there they hadn't even started making the order! I waited 20 minutes, still nothing. They put me beyond the estimated delivery time for my customer.
Why even offer doordash if you can't even make the meals ready to go within a reasonable time frame!!!!
At the 30 minute mark the Cook came out of the kitchen and told me it was going to be longer for the order. And then walked away into the bar without so much as an apology, I stood up yelled aloud "No I'm canceling this delivery!" And drove off.
What's really ironic is that they have a sign there that says something along the lines of "Just the way Mama makes it." Thank goodness my mother doesn't cook like them. Otherwise I'd never see any food and probably starve to death. ?
Also you should know that they don't have parking available. I had to park my car in an alley way.

I wish I could review this place higher since what we did get to eat was tasty. However, based on everything else, I can not. We are a family of 3, and we ordered 3 entrées and some lumpia. After over 40 minutes, we still hadn't received all of our food, and what did come out came out separately, so we just ended up sharing. It would have also been nice to have been told that the portions were enough to feed all 3 of us with 1 meal. We were from out of town, so the rest of the food was going to waste. By the time we were all full, the Lumpia and the rest of my combo had still not arrived. They said they hadn't even started making them yet. At that point, we were full and tired, so we just asked for the check. THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR THE APPETIZETHEYAT THEY NEVER MADE!
