The female staff seem to have an issue of having attitudes at the wrong people. Next time just tell me to my face rather than running around to try and make me the bad guy. Your store is dirty, you took your sweet time and was on the wrong. I’m glad you work customer service during the holiday months. I hope your attitude gets better

13Nov24 - I want to start my review by giving FIVE STARS to the manager, Miss Carolyn, for her above-and-beyond customer service, welcoming attitude, hospitality, and appreciation for our Veterans and Active Duty members. This isn’t my first visit to this location—whenever I’m in Fallon, I always eat here a couple of times. The place is always clean, welcoming, and the food tastes great. Keep up the excellent management and outstanding service. God bless.
2023-Third time eating at any Arby’s anywhere in the US, two of them here. You guys are clean, great customer service and food tastes great especially the BEEF GYRO on point.
I've never had a problem with the food, however when someone orders a large shake and your shake machine is down, don't replace it with a regular sized lemonade that's $2 less than the shake as compensation 🤦🏾♀️
