I have been to this store numerous times and every time I consistently hear profanity and the employees not doing their jobs. They all stopped production to say hello to a former worker in the drive through. Extremely unprofessional!

I am also waiting for my delivery order every time I come in

Food was cold and not fresh. Mobile order and had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line. 2 car in front of me. Awful service. Cody needs to be thr janitor. Customer service skills are atrocious.

Got off work at 8:30 and has been stuck in a line for 40 minutes just to get told none of the stoves were on to cook food and had 2 teens and an adult horseplaying around in the building. Quality of customer service is dropping. Do Better

Placed a mobile order. When I got to the window, I specifically asked for the food to be fresh. Reason being is because a few nights prior they sold me really old food. The lady which seemed to be a manager assured me that the food had just been made.

When I get home of course the food is old and cold. I came back and there were 2 female managers up front. The one who told me the food was fresh(she was helping a customer). The other female manger looked me dead and my face and literally turned her back to me. Not once acknowledging me.

Then they went around the corner and felt as though something was funny. In all my yrs being a general manager at restaurants and hotels, I’ve never treated a customer like this. (Time stamped At 18 at approximately 2:40).

The burger was good, but without the cheese I ordered. The mango peach lemonade was very tart. The wait was longer than expected.

I haven't eaten at this location in 5 years , gave , it another shot , bad move , ice cold fries under cooked onion rings and stale chicken sandwich , ask for condiments and got none ..if you want good Hot BK , go to the one on USA Parkway

The entire staff looked and moved like they just woke up! The manager was no help to anyone and there was an older gentleman that ordered a basic cheese burger meal and still waited 20+ minutes for his order. There was a man asking everyone to sparx and management didn't care. The manager was also constantly wiping sweat off her face somehow( like she was working) and going right back to filling orders. We had gone there for a quick meal but took atleast 30 minutes for our simple two person order. The burger maker was moving a snails speed at best during 1200 on a Saturday. These people need the Burger flame lit under their a$$. The drive through was backed up and the inside line was out the door. The entire staff needs to be replaced. We only have so many options in this little town and this place sucks worse than the taco bell we have here.

First of all, the burgers are cold. Onion ringsl were old and stale.My son's french fries for his kids meal were extra salty but the freshest thing we got. Then when we went inside to complain, the cook started talking trash on the back about how my husband just flooded a manicure or a pedicure. And when we got our replacement burgers they were so cold but we were too mad to go back inside and deal with the rude mouthy cook. I wouldn'tgo there again if you gave me money

This BK does not have any customer service skills. Especially when going through the drive thru. I would suggest going to Fernley BK or any other BK but this one!
