Hire kids to run your facility and get a child's demeanor. The food was cold and old. I went back to have it remade and the lady was willing to without argument but a guy came up to the front and insisted on arguing with me about it. I told him he can check the bag, it was all in there, I wasn't going to eat it. He said he knew the onion rings were fresh. I pushed the bag his way and told him that it's not hard to make a fresh batch and that he could look in the bag himself seeing as how I wasn't going to eat that crap anyways. He rolled his eyes and walked away. The lady took the bag and I was assuming giving me fresh stuff. I should have watched her, I got home and same thing, cold and hard. For the complete visual, I live a mere 1 minute drive away. No way should it have been cold and hard. Poor food, poor attitude. Hire adults who know to admit when they are wrong!

It's not the best and it's not the worst, only times my orders get messed up is when I get em thru doordash and that happens often but if i walk in or drive thru the service is speedy and decent enough. In most places about half of the workers are teens that don't get trained properly and all of the workers don't get paid enough, I can't blame them if they feel forced to work there rather than proud. I've seen that the reviews here don't get responses from a manager or some kind of supervisor so probably don't get viewed at all and that makes sense, In my humble opinion; (and this goes to corporate) stop spending money in unnecessary "renovations" and give your employees an incentive to strive for excellence in their performance. Very dirty, very unfriendly. Just go through the drive through and leave. Came in at 9am and the facility is already covered in trash. Wasn't greeted immediately and wasn't served until minutes of standing at the front.

Seems like I have a lot of younger people working on Earth iPhones and I'm not a friendly atmosphere places a little dirty especially the bathrooms

It depends on what time you go I went during the day and the food was amazing. I went back the next night in the food was horrible. Almost everything was cold.
And my my sprite was more like soda water and it took like 30 minutes to get my food from the drive through. When there was only two cars ahead of me, and no one dining in the only people that I saw inside the building, aside from the staff were two doordash, people

Messed up order and charged extra for lettuce which should have come with what I ordered. Also no paper towels in either bathroom.

The only thing i recommend is to make sure that ketchup and salt packets are included.

Bathroom is very dirty, the worst one on the way from Burney CA to Las Vegas. food is just ok, they didn't give any ketchup for our fries. I will never stop by this burger King.

I used the drive through and the lady was polite however the mozzarella sticks I ordered were mostly broken in half leaving the cheese hard as a brick.

The manager doesn't have any patience for people in drive thru. He literally cursed at me saying I was taking too long to order..I went in to talk to the supervisor and that's when I was told he was the one on drive thru. I guess he felt a certain way cause the police were called and I was "trespassing"..not going there again and I'm calling corporate in the morning.
