Stopped to get my kid a burger I promised and couldn't even get help to order. One employee looked at us several times without saying a word! Might have had better luck in the drive through. Either way worse service iv ever had at a fast food place.

I came her friday night through the drive thru. The wait was pretty long but I was craving a whopper and some cheese tots after seeing an ad online. The man at the drive thru box seemed happy to be working so I knew I was gonna be getting a good sandwich. The drive thru actually went a lot faster than I expected so I got to the window pretty quick. The man at the window was Cole and he was just as happy at the window as he was through the speaker box. While waiting for my food I overheard Cole needing to get onto a couple a teens a few times about them just standing around while he was waiting for orders. After an about a minute Cole was back at the window with my food and apologized for leaving the window cracked and had apologized again because he knew I heard him. I reassured him that it’s all in a days work and sometimes you gotta get on them kids for not wanting to work at the job they applied too. I got home and my food was perfect and the fries and tots were nice and hot. Hoping to get more service like this and maybe I’ll actually be back. It’s nice not to get food poisoning from this place for once.

I went into to get a simple quick lunch for my husband, daughter, and myself on Sunday afternoon. I got met by a wonderful lady named Audrie. She was understanding that my daughter was being fussy and offered her a crown to keep her busy while I ordered. While waiting for my order I noticed that Audrie was having to correct staff in the back because they were acting like just like my one year old. When I came in the store was fairly clean, that being one of the things I’m assuming the manger Audrie was getting onto her staff about. After they talked her employee shuffled their way into the lobby and kept mumbling under their breath about having to do anything in the lobby. When we got our food my husband noticed there were onions on his burger after we had asked for no onions. I came back to the counter and was met by a gentleman named Cole. I explained the situation and he was more than helpful in getting it taken care of even though he was running back and forth between the drive thru and trying to get the kitchen staff to get into second gear. Overall the food was hot and good and the manager seemed to be trying her best to wrangle the teens into their positions and keep work flowing. It was nice to see a manger in there that actually seemed to want to work at this location. We usually don’t have even half as good of an experience as we did this time. Hopefully the new manager can bring Fallon BK back to life and make it a place people want to come too.

The kids that work in the evening need a true adult supervisor! It’s a shame that this Burger king has gone down hill so badly. I’d honestly feel embarrassed as a manager or owner to have that staff. Too bad cause it’s the only one we have in our charming little town.

The service wasnt that great cause people were waiting in line for their food and 2 people were on the same job with eachother.Then another girl told us to leave rudley when both of us left ou the door and this is the night shift people.These people are rude to my girlfriend.

This is by far the dumbest Burger King I have ever been to. I waited almost 20 mins at the window for 2 whoppers,, a wrap, and mozzarella sticks. All the food was lukewarm, they forgot cheese on my whopper. I went in to get my food replaced and they said it was my fault my food was cold and nothing they could do. Apparently have it your way is not a thing in Fallon. The place was dirty, nothing swept behind the counter, ice cream splattered across the floor.

Worst place to eat in Fallon! Customer service is terrible. They refuse to serve items on the menu, claiming they do not serve lunch till 10am when corporate says lunch served all day. THERE IS A WHOPPER ON THE BREAKFAST MENU!!! No one will ever answer the phone and they just tell you tuff luck sorry. I wish they would get a manager that gave a *hit.

Unfortunately we were trying to use coupons for our order and they stated that they were not taken any coupons tonight. Maybe you should train your manager on how to take care of your customer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cashier was rude, and to busy playing on her phone to even acknowledge we were there. I asked her for my other cup that she didn't give me and she got snappy about it. All the tables were dirty and there was only 3 tables occupied, so they weren't busy. The floors are dirty. There's food on the walls that look like it's been there for quite sometime. The ice machine is knowingly broken and there was no notice, nor did the cashier care to inform us or offer to get us ice from the other machine behind the counter. Do better.

I don't know who the manager or owner if this specific Burger King is, but you should take a ServSafe class, and then require your staff to as well. If I was a health inspector this place would be shut down. I don't know Dirty floors, tables, chairs. Slip and fall hazard with soda all of the dining room no sign up and no attempt to get it cleaned and taken care of. No ice in the fountain machine. All the soda was flat. When was the last time all the nozzles were removed and scrubbed out l, soaked in sanitizing solution like required? The back looked like a bomb went off. If you are going to have three teenager run the joint fine but I would suggest that you hire one who isn't afraid to have a little life to them...you know talk to the customers, call out numbers when orders are ready and not just leave them to sit. Just a thought.

If I could give zero Stars I would, my order or 2 burgers took 45 minutes and when I got home both hamburgers were out right wrong. This is the sloppiest, rudest BurgerKing. Do NOT go again I certainly never will. SHAME ON YOU BURGER
