Friendly folks, nice bar with cold beer and a pool table. Dry camping available for your RV.
After walking for several days , we finally made it to cold springs.
The owner was already waiting for me at the bar and treated me and my animals very well. We ate , charged up and she let me sit down for a bit before we went on.
Sadly they didn't have any rooms ( may I suggest maybe turning a patch of grass into a tent zone near that entrance we walked up?)
But regardless it was a nice refresher to be able to actually sit down and have a meal and be able to chat with someone.
Rv park was great and clean and at a super price.
Had the BBQ prime rib sandwich with all the sides, outstanding and the price was very reasonable .
I will stop here again and looking forward to it.
This place is a ways past Fallon. We go there for a side by side benefit and always have a great time.
People are friendly like you’re family, bathrooms are very clean, mountains are stunningly beautiful. Stargazing at night was also amazing. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and all made from scratch by the owner. It’s a hidden gem and we’re so glad we found it on our way to Lake Tahoe! Also dog friendly!
Friendly staff. Great rv sites. Food in restaurant always good. We keep coming back.
The manager Nick was very kind to us. We needed a last minute place to sleep for the night. He was really helpful and friendly
I wanted to spend one night here and got hit with a $45 pet fee at check out?
45 dollars!!!! With two dogs that makes our one night stay over $100!! It didn't say deposit, it says FEE, this is REDICILOUS. I have been RVing fill time for five months and have never seen a fee like this.
No thanks!
Always friendly service and great food!

Cold Spring Station is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere in Nevada, not far from the Ichthyosaurus State Park. The rooms are comfortable and adequate, but the real standout is the fact that it's the only option for miles around. Having a bar and restaurant on-site was a godsend, making this place a welcome oasis in the middle of the desert. If you find yourself in need of a place to stay near Ichthyosaurus State Park, Cold Spring Station is a great choice.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, look no further! The location on US50 is unbeatable, located right midway through the route. The cabins were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious.

we camped for six nights, had to leave our rig for several hours every day, had zero issues, the place had a very relaxing vibe, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, excellent water pressure, power was solid, wifi was fast. not a lot of frills, but it's a great place to stop in the middle of nowhere or if you don't mind the 122 mile trip to fallon it's the place for you!
