We were so excited to try Cuppiecakes and support a local business. I ordered and paid, 3 weeks before our big event. showed up during business hours to pick up the product. place was locked up tight without any notice on the door. I texted the phone number on my receipt, 20 minutes later I received a text that she had a doctor's appointment. offered to get my order to me in about 3 hours. we were headed out of town for the celebration. I requested a refund, then I noticed that I was charged a credit card fee even though I paid cash. If she had communicated with me, I could've picked up the order the day before. Very disappointed.

Customer service is terrible. I contacted them on Tuesday through FB I got an automated reply they did reply back with telling me she would have to look at why her website wasn’t working and everything was freshly made but didn’t answer any of the other questions I asked her in my previous messages. I replied with more questions cause not all of my questions were answered and no reply. I called Wednesday left a voicemail and called once again a few hours after that and my calls have never been returned.

Hands down our families favorite place to get birthday treats. From harry potter to pug heads to studio G. The flavors are always amazing and top notch. The fluffy cake pairs so well with the fillings. We always get the fruit fillings and the kids love them! Support local they say its best... well in this case its true. This little shops got it right
