I was asked 3 times if I wanted nuts on my sundae. I said yes 3 times. No nuts on my sundae. No gravy in my chicken basket after I asked for gravy. Super expensive and frustrating not get what you order.

Was the only person at the line and instead of just doing my food and getting it to me, they park me for 35 minutes. Long enough to the point more people show up and none of them get parked. Food isn't bad but like holy hell, it's supposed to be fast food not wait in my car for the same amount of time a resturant would take. For fast food this expensive they should ve doing their jobs a little better, thanks a lot DQ.

Yummmmm who don't đđ ice cream but when you watch them bring your food to the wrong table/person I watched the lady bring the food to the wrong table she brought it back to the counter. Then she brings it to me and dont say (something about it like ..... they messed up would you like me to make it again or anything they thing ) I live dairy queen but I dont think I will go back to this place they messed up .......SOO WRONG

Horrible service made a online order sat in front of the store 30 mins after it was supposed to be ready workers very rude said they were busy with only 3 cars in the drive thru melted ice cream wonât ever be back to this place attached a picture of a blizzard they should tip them over in front of you know wonder they didnât

So it depends on the day to where customer service and giving a crap comes to play certain days it seems like you order 2 ice-cream items and u get parked, and barely get any toppings and there's some says where they're on it and you feel like u got what u paid for
Was shocked to see that a tip was added to our purchase amount. Sooooo sick of tip gouging. Just mentioning to give other unsuspecting patrons a heads up. Now I have to go in to have the charge reversed. DQ lost some points in my book

Waited at the drive through for 15 min for the food. They forgot my drink, the food was cold .It's just a bunch of kids screwing around. And it's not like they were busy. We were the only ones there now i no why. I won't be back

A few icks leading to a second bad experience. Both times visiting this location have been terrible. My major grievances are as follows:
#1 I was prompted to tip on the credit card machine.
#2 The three blizzards I ordered were served at a soupy consistency and none were âflippedâ to show thickness when received. Obviously because none would pass the flip test.
#3 The blizzards were only partially mixed. After slurping through the soup on top we found the bottom half was completely missed while being mixed.
Worst DQ I have been to. Not worth the $25 spent for melted ice cream. Two chances given, I will take our business elsewhere next time.
