I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza along with a pepperoni pizza. After waiting over two and a half hours for delivery, the pizzas arrived cold—and they weren’t even what I ordered. Instead, I received a mushroom pizza and a plain cheese pizza. To make matters worse, the mushroom pizza was missing an entire slice. I tried calling the store, but it was late and no one answered. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed or simply not taking calls, but either way, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this order, I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again.

Ordered online and went inside to pay. Was told like 15 min. No problem, said I would be outside. Was pleasantly surprised when the girl inside brought my food out to the truck! Now THAT'S customer service!! Thank you!

The process of ordering carry out from place is basically a modern tipping scam. You pay through the app and pay for your pizza. You assume transaction complete and that everything is settled, however when you come in to pick up your pizza, a worker comes up and demands you sign a receipt that requests a tip before letting you leave with your pizza. You won’t find this at any other restaurants in Fallon. I really hate this place…

Absolutely horrible, if I could I would give a zero. Waited an extra hour and called after I was late, we were being very understanding that they were swamped. They pulled into our neighborhood, we saw them with our own eyes, THEY CANCELED IT! I asked for them to leave on the porch, HE DIDNT EVEN CHECK FOR OUR ADDRESS! Called to see if we could pick it up, very rude. Told me I was basically screwed. I gave them AN HOUR AND A HALF IN ADVANCE!!! ZERO/TEN

These folks seem to get a little flustered sometimes when they're busy.
I generally order hand tossed well done, because I add extra cheese and extra sauce, which may result in an undercooked crust when cooked normally. Sometimes that works out well. Other times it might be a bit over- or under-cooked.
The last couple times, the crust was thinner towards the center, which isn't optimal.

Call before you order a pizza. They may be busier than expected. Slow service due to low staffing. App said 30 mins. After 30 mins I called the store estimated time was 1h more. So 1h30.

Well I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos I should have checked the Box actually but I didn't get the jalapeno so I called back and let them know that. the guy who answered the phone was like didn't seem to care that I didn't have my jalapenos he asked what do you want me to do about it bad service I won't do that again
