I recently ordered the regular, rye, and Ranch strength bourbons. I've had the regular in the past and liked it. Wow - the Ranch strength was good, but the rye really blew me away - and I'm not a rye fan. Great job, Frey Ranch!
I discovered Frey Ranch at a friend's house. It's been my everyday pour ever since. My wife loves the Rye and my favorite is the Uncut.
uncut is the best. Still looking for the Wheat in my area.
Haven't been there but lovethe Rye and the Straight Bourbon Whiskey! Will definitely get more and will visit if we ever make it out to Nevada. Cheers!
Absolutely the best bourbon being produced right now. They're 100% wheat is mind-blowing.
Look. I am a snob and a skeptic. The "sampler" pack of the uncut + bourbon + rye is such a value that I think we are stealing from these folks. Please, take the chance. This is such good whiskey I'm emotionally moved.
Complementary tastings and tours but only open on Saturdays from 12pm - 4pm. Food trucks on site. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they take time to explain the differences in the bourbons. Farm to bottle experience. Lots of tables to bring a picnic and hang out a bit.
I have a cabinet full of some fine bourbons, ryes, and other whiskeys. I could legit replace everyone in this cabinet with Frey Ranch and enjoy it for the rest of my life. Some of the best bourbons and ryes I’ve ever had.
Great visit and great whiskey. My wife and I visited their distillery after acquiring (3) bottles of Frey Ranch whiskey from our local Total Wine and More and watching a few YouTube videos about the distillery’s philosophy of ground to glass production. We knew after arriving to Mammoth Mountain, for a three day weekend vacation, that we wanted to visit the distillery in Fallon, NV on one of our days. I took these photos to capture our experience. Be sure to take the short tour on Saturday afternoons. Frey produces some our my favorite bourbons and rye whiskeys in my collection.
Bourbon and whiskey tasting. Informative 20 minute tour of backroom, fermentation room and distillery. Beautiful grounds and fields are magnificent. Worth the drive.

Father-in-law introduced this bourbon to me about a month and I absolutely loved it.He surprised me today with a bottle as a gift. Definitely will coming back for more once I finish this one off.
Love Frey Ranch Bourbon. Have ordered many bottles from them in the past. But am recently very disappointed in their customer service. Yesterday, my son ordered a few bottles from them. After he placed the order, he realized he had put in the wrong house number. He quickly emailed them. Their response: "They charge $23 to change an order. Or he could cancel the order, not get refunded the shipping fee and pay a $20 restocking fee."What the heck. How much time does it take customer service to look up the order and change a house number on the shipping address. I have had to contact other companies in the past because of an incorrect shipping address and they easily make the change and send me an email verifying the new shipping address, all at no charge. Very disappointed in Frey Ranch Distillery. So word to the wise, double check all info before hitting send on that order!
Excellent bottle!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently was fortunate enough to get a hold of a El Cerritos Liquor store pic. This stuff is out of this world. If you are fortunate enough to find a bottle, don’t miss out. ? Definitely let it develop it it barrel strength. ???
The drive out to Fallon was nice. Haven’t been out there for years. The tour at Frey Ranch was awesome. The owner Colby was so knowledgeable and kind and a great tour guide. Loved trying all their different products. Ended up getting a tote bag and a hat.
Jenn (our hostess) & Kathy (Jenn's coworker) & the other lady behind the bar (who kindly offered water to our teen) were amazing!! They were personable, thoughtful, and super easy-going. Frey had a variety of tastings, which included single oat & single malted corn. Both were very interesting and I appreciated the opportunity to taste something beyond the norm. The grounds are gorgeous; I hope they become Harvest Hosts and expand their business hours to Sat/Sun 10-6 in the near future!
