Me and my buddies made the four hour trip out and enjoyed every minute! We got to try all of their unique single grain whiskies in the tasting room and took an exceptional tour. This didn’t even cost us anything!
That said, we of course dropped a few hundred on bottles and merch after, but of course we were more than excited to.

My husband was looking forward to visiting Frey Ranch as he has had bottles shipped to him and likes what he’s purchased. However during the tasting we were only given two tastings while others received many! The three ladies behind the bar ignored us after our second tasting and we waited and waited to be waited on and nothing. Tried getting their attention and still nothing. We were planning to purchase a bottle along with other merchandise but we ended up walking out disappointed on our visit that we drove 4 hours for. Not even a thank you or anything. Such a huge disappointment. Glad we tipped the tour guide as he was nice and informative.

I recently ordered the regular, rye, and Ranch strength bourbons. I've had the regular in the past and liked it. Wow - the Ranch strength was good, but the rye really blew me away - and I'm not a rye fan. Great job, Frey Ranch!

Definitely does not have any customer service support. Would not recommend ordering anything online from them, you’ll never get it. Such a shame because they have decent whiskey.

Ordered $419 worth of their whiskey never received and shipping info just an invoice showing I paid. Sent multiple emails and it’s no help at all finally as able to reach someone by phone who promised she would get this all squared away and would revive a email and phone call back wishing 2 days. Still nothing and not able to reach anyone by phone anymore. I like their whisky but not enough to give them $419 and never receive what I paid for.

The tasting room and gift shop was amazing. Friendly staff very informative great prices and things you get at your local liquor store. Such as the melted corn, smoked whiskey and 100% oat.

We made the trip to Fallon from Idaho for the sole purpose of going to the Frey Ranch distillery, and they did not disappoint! The ranch is beautiful, and it was so fascinating to see the distilling process, and the barrel storage on the tour! Everybody we interacted with was so friendly and informative! Jesse did an amazing job on our tour, and Catherine took such good care of us in the tasting room! We even got to meet Colby and Ashley, who were so down to earth. We were thrilled with the bottles we got. It was hard to choose, because everything was so amazing! It was so worth the long drive, we may have to make this an annual trip! Frey Ranch has such an amazing operation, and their whiskey is so unique. You can tell that everybody there loves what they do, and they're all just great humans. Thanks so much for an awesome experience, we enjoyed ourselves immensely! 💓🥃
