Every time ive gone to jack in the box. They have messed up my order. How do you get fajita bowl from CHICKEN TERIYAKI 3 separate times. And when someone says no veggies you STILL ADD VEGETABLES. Today I ordered 3 teriyaki bowls 2 as meals and one as just the bowl all 3 with no vegetables. I got both of my meals but was missing just my bowl for my son. One of my meals came with vegetables after stating i wanted none on any of them. When my fiance went back the worker who talked to him was extremely rude and disrespectful and argued that we received all 3 when we did not. After fixing their mistake they THREW the fixed order across the counter and tried to walk away. He has to raise his voice in order to get the receipt back from them. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this jack in the box i can forgive a mistake or 2 but 4 times back to back to back to back. Thats ridiculous. If you cant keep up with your orders or cant read the board properly and put your selfish bad attitude behind you or leave it at the door then you shouldn't be working fast food.

We actually had a great experience at this location. The basic are met when you use common sense. Food was fresh and hot. They didn't miss any items. My wife loves the milkshakes at this location. Definitely need to get more food! See y'all soon!

went on a school trip and stopped to get food. they had closed the lobby before 7pm because they saw the busses. 0/10 would never reccomend.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We walked through the door and they kicked us out and wouldn’t let us get food or use the restroom even though there were other people that had just left.

We had been coming back from a school trip and wanted to get dinner and use yhe bathroom at Jack in the Box, when we tried to go into the lobby the staff had purposely locked the door(it was 6 o clock) because they did not want to feed such a big group(about 36 people) Very unprofessional and rude, I understand not wanting to have to make that much food, but not when it is your job. Very disappointed in their behavior.

I went there at 6:30 pm and the loby was closed. I'm here working and don't have a vehicle with me so couldn't go to the drive threw. Why close the loby? So I give zero stars on everything.
Unprofessional. Your website says you open at 6am Your door has a sign that says you open at 7am. And when approached by your staff outside they say you open at 8am So which is it, we waited 15min just to be sent away and the excuse was “we don’t have any one working right now” Who didn’t show up on time today for their shift? 24 October 2025 Fix it mangers

Jack in the Box is recognizable wherever you go and the food doesn't change that much, but the employees are what make people go back. The staff at this location are upbeat and still holding a professional standard. The store is clean and very well organized as well.
