Service extremely slow waited over an hour for food , do not get the waffle or biscuits and gravy, very soggy , staff is friendly, prices ok. I say go to depot if you want better food
Consistently poor service. On five separate visits, slow service and disinterested staff, who are predominantly teenagers, have ruined the dining experience. On one occasion, I observed the young staff members on their phones with AirPods on, hugging and joking with each other instead of attending to the customers waiting to be seated. During my last visit, my family and I waited for 15 minutes to even place an order, despite the restaurant being slow that day. We had to flag down the manager to be served. It’s sad to see a once reputable diner go downhill. I unfortunately will no longer dine here until management does something to improve their service.

I like Jerry's, my granddaughter and I like to go there for breakfast (anytime of the day). Today we went, along with my son. The place was packed, and the staff was keeping up really well. My son's burger was good, but the order was completely messed up. He asked for no lettuce or tomato, extra pickles, and 2 eggs on top. He got lettuce and tomatoes, no extra pickles, and eggs on a separate plate. My granddaughter's French toast was as ordered. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken had buffalo sauce that was dried on, nothing on the bun, and the lettuce was wilted. The buffalo bleu cheese fries were great!
