Visited on 7-28-24. We were advised Jerry's restaurant was temporarily closing the following day for approximately 6 to 8 weeks for remodeling. We have eaten here in the past and the food was good. Moderately priced.
What a fun, old-timey restaurant, which is old as my son, which I thought was fun. I was traveling and wanted a late lunch/early dinner, so the desk clerk at the hotel suggested Jerry's. The atmosphere is comfortable, friendly, clean, and convenient. The waitress was so friendly and checked with me often; even though the heat was keeping people away, I thought she would have been terrific anyway. The food was delicious! Well worth the early morning stop with my Grandma. I usually am disappointed with the Eggs Benedict I get from restaurants, but not today! The Hollandaise sauce was amazing ? and the biscuits and gravy were on point! A delightful amount of food for a very decent price ?
