Came in last night to pick up food for Father’s Day very polite, friendly customer service. Yes they had to wait on chicken, but they were polite about it offered to drink if we wanted one if we didn’t order them and apologize to ended fast but efficient when they got the chicken ready.

It took about 10 minutes for them to help me with only one car in front only to tell me that basically they had no chicken. They said it would be 15 minutes. For fast food place that does not seem acceptable. Especially because it was more of a town you drive through on a road trip so. I would not recommend it.

The manager and the rest of the employees were very nice. but the same day and the next day, we both had stomach aches and diarrhea. We had the exact same order. I assumed it's old oil. I tried to leave feedback on their website, but you only have three days to do that.

Thankful for KFC & not having to cook tonight.
The chicken was fresh & juicy, the staff was so friendly & helpful! Ordering on the app is a sinch & they have amazing meal deals !

We are from Reno and every time we travel through Fallon this KFC is our go to place to eat. Starting by the friendly and fast service. Our food has always been exactly how we ordered. The crew in this place does an amazing job. I highly recommend it.

Ordered and paid for white meat, breasts and wing, but got dark meat, thighs and drumstick, which was SO greasy and tasted weird because we hate dark meat and never eat it. Also the Passionfruit Starry had no ice, almost no fruit syrup, and no Starry syrup. Didn’t taste palatable, threw it away. The biscuits were undercooked too and were mushy. The only thing we finished was the cole slaw. That was a really expensive cole slaw dinner. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. The lady who took the order had an accent and repeated it back at the drive-thru, so whoever puts the food in the box and pours drinks made all the errors.
