Teach the employees to make sure liquid containers are bagged properly. The entire dish of gravy was over then entire order after it was placed in bag side ways

first they told us they were about almost out of tenders and said it would only take 20 minutes. which in return took twice the amount of time.( 45 - 50 Minutes) then they did not give us utensils at all. you could tell while sitting waiting that they had no idea what they were doing. asking all the customers that were waiting what they ordered. Do Not Go here.
Was only car in line…was told to pull around which is highly unsafe to do considering the location due to making fresh fries. Waited ten minutes fries were stale and burnt. Done out of spite because me and my boy are ex employees that didn’t take kindly to the culture.

Came in last night to pick up food for Father’s Day very polite, friendly customer service. Yes they had to wait on chicken, but they were polite about it offered to drink if we wanted one if we didn’t order them and apologize to ended fast but efficient when they got the chicken ready.
