The customer service & food quality has been poor for years.
Now, that they raised prices, customers expect more.
My drive thru service was horrible. And I must have received the bottom of the bag fries. They all are less than an inch long.
No napkins are given.
Your drive thru cashier was sitting and just puts her hand out the window to give you your receipt. not even looking at you. No, thank you. nothing.

got all the way home 25 minutes from town no chicken nuggets. Went back into town another 25 minutes. Told the clerk I was missing the nuggets showed her my receipt. her comment " Did you at least get your sauce" no apologies what so ever. not happy!! An hour of my day wasted not to mention the gas to go back and forth to town. my fault Never leave without checking your order.!!!!!
