Old dude behind the counter needs a different job, he's clearly miserable and taking it out on customers. Besides him it wouldn't of been a bad time but the constant unwelcomness really takes away from the experience.

They have good food in their Cafè and the bar staff is nice. The older gentleman that works at the counter in the actual bowling alley could be a but friendlier/helpful though.

Red headed dude is rude as can be. Not enjoyable place for a family!!!! Please owner don’t comment back. The place would be much better with you not chiming in on everything and even making excuses for your bad reviews on here. Now it looks like a cat house being pink! Just need a red blinking light!

Grumpy old man at desk refused to give me an 8 pound ball (I'm little). He pointed to the rules for using bumpers. I didn't ask to use the bumpers. I just needed a lighter ball. This is just one example of the poor service we received. As we were leaving he told us we didn't need to come back. No surprise we won't.

Well I went to this place while on Vaca/ visiting family, and I was really looking forward to some good old fashioned bowling and bonding with my son but from the very beginning it felt as tho we were more of a nucense and annoying to the guy i assume owned the place. He was very very rude and then wouldn't allow me to pay for bumpers because they were "meant for 6-12 yr olds not an adult", I also have a lot of anxious of people as well as my son amd it's difficult to talk to anyone or go anywhere for both of us so we wanted nothing but to leave from the ery beginning. It was a horrible experience and I wish I wouldn't have waisted my money!

Old dude behind counter was rude, he seemed nice to everyone but us... then again we were the only Hispanics in there says alot about that guy. He wanted to catch these hands but later realized he didn't want the smoke.

Steve is the best. I'm glad we have a local bowling alley and a place for kid friendly birthdays not to mention the amazing food they serve!
I was greeted by a cranky old man who had very little patience with me. I did my best to be friendly and it seemed to make things worse. At some point I had my bowling ball roll into the gutter and it somehow bounced out. It proceeded to ramp up some kind of sensor and hit the backdrop. The old man came and laid into me as if I had done it intentionally. After making sure everything was okay he told me to “Bowl in my own lane.” I wasn’t aware I was trying to bowl into the gutter and then out of my lane but apparently he thought I was. He was very rude overall and made me want to leave and never come back. If you go here, hope that he’s not the one working at the time.

Don't go here to ask for directions or if you have questions about anything. My car broke down and I got towed to the shop next door and went to ask about the area. I would never go to this place ever again. Extremely rude old guy behind the bar made my visit extremely hostile. His attitude is going to get his place shut down.
