Absolutely upset at my Monterey hot sack. YOU FORGOT THE CHEESE. THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEESE ON IT. It was extremely dry as all the juices in the meat was cooked out. This is my favorite sandwich but not so much without cheese.

The customer service seems to like to hang out in the back. I watched two different parties of people come in and wait, wait, wait, and wait till the couple walked out after two people walked right by behind the front counter 😔, the big party of at least six plus followed behind. Nothing bad is being said here other than it's not my job to acknowledge the customer ( expect the gal on her break who got our drinks) I feel you need to say HELLO THANKS FOR COMING IN WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU...then do it. Not walk by two or three times not saying a word. Just some advice because this is an AMAZING PLACE the food the building and that gal on her break.

We just had the WORST experience here ! We’re traveling thru and wanted a sit down place and kids wanted pizza. The salad bar is ONE trip only for $9/$10/$12 (sm/md/lg plate) and they have NO toppings to even chose from. We asked to order a side of olives for our baby so he could have more than cucumber slices and Mac salad the guy said No. we waited 50 min for our SINGLE pizza. We asked to have a refund 25 min in and was told it was going in the oven soon so no. We will NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone!
I really hoped this would be good, but it simply wasn't. Charged for a 2oz side of ranch. I get it, people get stupid asking for ranch. Subjective opinion here, a certain amount should be considered part of your meal as a condiment. Don't be ticky tacky, up the price of your initial product to cover the condiments. They charged us for using a credit card. Sorry, I'm never going to be ok with that. Again, add the cost to your product, don't be ticky tacky with add on charges. My pizza was doughy. The bottom of the crust was white and uncooked Zero semblance of service, which is fine, but weird, it's too easy to bring our food to the table at the very least instead of having us walk to the other side of the building to pick up the food. Oddly long wait time. About 40 min. Might have been busy with deliveries or something, but they didn't look busy. 1.75 for the tiniest "small" fountain drink you've ever seen.

This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life the staff are unprofessional they are loud and talk too much in the kitchen I had to pay just to sit in there They made me wait almost 2 hours just for one large pizza The pizza is absolutely disgusting something in the cheese tasted funky like a moldy taste to it I gagged a lot while trying to eat it I had to brush my teeth so I can get that nasty taste out of my mouth It’s overpriced and a waste of money don’t go there It deserves to get shut down it stinks in there It deserves zero stars
Some people rave about how good it is. I have yet to experience good pizza in this place. I will say that the customer service was really good this time.

Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We ordered 2 “specialty” pizzas, they were so stingy with the toppings that you couldn’t even tell what they were. Crust was so dry and hard and had no flavor. Not sure how this place is still in business.

We came in and ordered a pizza and wings they told us 50 minutes as they were understaffed. We had a seat and my wife went back up to get a salad. He told her your only allowed 1 trip to the salad bar all rude. We are already waiting an hour for our food why would you be all like that especially when you charge $11 dollars for a salad. They said they were short staffed but there was no reason for the rudeness of the guy at the counter. The table is dirty and so are the floors, maybe cause they’re short staffed but the guy was just standing at the counter doing nothing for a half hour.
