Gross pizza. I have never had such a horrible pizza like the ones I got. I ended up throwing away a whole pizza. The ranch is nasty, cheese and ranch very salty. Very disappointing. Definitely the pizza smelt better outside than what it tasted like. Won't be back.

The home town feel . The pizza barn. When coming here expect to wait. It’s the norm. If you come from out of town understand they’re always busy and you will wait plain and simple. This isn’t a Pizza Hut where you expect to be served in 15 minutes. The times I come in I always enjoy the pizza. A few months back I wasn’t enjoying it as much but I came in yesterday and the pizza was top notch and not skimpy.Their children’s area and board games are nice for entertainment.I do have to say that this establishment does need a face lift and a deep cleaning . Like deep cleaning . The booths and floors are absolutely caked in dirt and nasty grosssness. If I managed or owned I’d hold a mandatory meeting at 7 am sharp 4 hrs before opening with every employee and get down to the nitty gritty once a month on top of the daily cleaning supposed to be happening. And if employee can’t make day or time due to commitments if they want their job I’m sure you could find a task for them to do the nitty gritty for a few hours instead of preparing food for customers.

Hard pass on this place. Got my order wrong, unsanitary popping the crust bubble with a stick hung on a hood soffit, filthy ovens. After an hour they had not made my wrong order yet. Won't be back.

Pizza wasn’t awful, but some how they managed to be soft on top and like a cracker on the bottom. The staff looked unkept and miserable. The salad bar was sloppy and need restocking. The dining area is grungy and made me feel dirty. I seemed liked only two of the five people working were actually working, the other just seemed to wonder around.Having worked at a mom and pop pizza parlor when I was younger I was shocked at the lack of caring and poor management

Ordered pizza in advance over the phone and showed up when said it would be done. I then proceeded to wait an additional hour for my food to be done which they didn't even call the number, one of the workers just asked a coworker where the pizza was supposed to go. Then when I go to eat the pizza I just waited an hour and a half for, it was cold and charred. Every person in the restaurant had to ask for their pizza, the workers never called anyone's number. 0/10 service, 0/10 food.

It started with the dining area being filthy, that kind of old stickiness found in restaurants that aren’t ever deep cleaned.Women were walking back and forth into the food storage area with their long hair on display, like they were fixin to head to Stockman’s on a Friday night, perfect to shed into the food. The individuals who did attempt to secure their hair still have very dirty tendrils floating about, waiting to jump ship into a cheesy pizza. The vibe was very “Miserable Fallonian” with all of the women behind the counter sporting matching, terrible attitude towards the patrons of business. Customer service is clearly NOT something this business has to offer. The dog running free in the dining area, while I waited over an hour for a simple medium pizza, really was the cherry on top of the dirty disaster.I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, that they may be slammed busy. But, the phone wasn’t ringing, and due to all the standing around and staring into the abyss of the members behind the counter, it seems they may just employ very unmotivated individuals. The pizza had no real flavor, just a lot of very odd textures. Not sure how you can’t pull off a simple pepperoni pizza, but it seemed out of their wheelhouse. They were somehow able to archive a crust that was both gummy (like a gummy bear)and crunchy (like a cracker) with no taste at all! I’m guessing the only thing they actually worked - was that crust to death! That is quite the achievement in my book.Very little pride is taken in this business. It is clear they are NOT concerned about creating a great experience for their customers nor a great product. With inflation changing our spending habits I would recommend any other pizza place in Fallon to spend your hard earned money.

Tried pizza barn pizza for the first time! I ordered large carnivore! It wasn't to die for! We called the pizza in and asked to get the pizza extra cooked, they said give us 20-30 mins my wife got there and she ended up waiting another 25 mins. She got home we dished up some pizza and the crust wasn't all way cooked, the cheese was melted! So she had to put it in our oven and finished cooking it! I called down there and they said you can bring it back and we will finish cooking it. Hum No thank you!

I gave this place a chance before and I didn’t care for it but thought maybe it was just an off day. But the whole place is sticky and smells really bad, they forgot about our pizza, burned it and didn’t tell us so after an hour of waiting we decided to get our refund. The also charge for ranch which is crazy but regardless the owners and staff clearly don’t care about cleaning the place. The cooks are also not sanitary at all and are not aware of cross contamination but there were 4 people working and 3 customers total and most of them sat there not doing anything which explains why they forgot about our pizza with only 3 customers. Just gross and a waste of our time.

We waited an hour and a half for a pizza and 6 wings. We paid for a medium 10 cut pizza but received a small 8 cut. When I called for clarification, I was told that the pizza was cut wrong and was still considered a medium. Please do not waste your money here.
