Sweet Sisters is AMAZING! Not only do they have tons of awesome sweet treats when doing a pop up market, but they're people who SAVE THE DAY. My sister in AZ needed a wedding cake with three weeks notice, and NOBODY in her area would make her even a simple cake. Octavia came through, and made a BEAUTIFUL cake that was delicious and was packaged perfectly to endure the 10 hour drive to Phoenix. 10/10 Definitely recommend to EVERYONE.

During my kids wrestling match the girl ended up hurting herself so my son wanted to put something together for her. He couldn't decide between cookies or just putting things in a box. Ultimately he choose cookies and of course very last minute ??♀️. Sweet Sisters Treats Custom Cakery was so kind, very reasonably priced ( I feel like she could definitely charge more!) to help my boy out with some get well cookies for the girl. My kid said he had to try one just to make sure it wasn't poison ? really he just wanted to eat one because it look sooo good! He said it was the best cookie he's ever had! Went to our granddaughter’s baby reveal worst cake and cupcakes I have ever seen my daughter was so upset over this and this is her first grand baby she even showed pictures of what she wanted nothing even come close to what she wanted even had a hair in the cake very sad it doesn’t even look like a baby cake it was falling apart hopefully this lady will see this and feel bad on what she put together this was a very happy day except for this disgusting cake I’m sure this post will be deleted just like she my daughters review SHAME On sweet sisters treats

I ordered a cake and I took a while before I decided to post a review because it wouldn't have changed what had already happened. The business owner blocked me after I posted the review because I am unable to see her Facebook page or send her a message. This is what I wrote:"Unfortunately, the cake I ordered for my sister's graduation was a miss. For the cost, it should have been close to perfect. Instead, we received a cake with frozen filling that we couldn't enjoy and had to throw away. After letting her know, all I got was a sorry. We will not be giving her our future business."That isn't how you should run a business. You shouldn't be able to block a customer just to maintain a high rating. You need to own your mistakes and make it right. Potential customers should know what to expect before they decide to order from your small business.The updates and responses I put on her Google page are not visible for some reason. Why would an almost $200 cake be frozen ti begin with and how would I know to make that up? That is my proof.Update:She had such a high rating on her Facebook page, but now I realize that it's because she blocks people who have negative reviews. The cake was $195 which is more than I would like to admit I paid, but again was expecting something special for my sister's graduation. Why would I be obligated to contact her right away and take photos of a frozen cake when I am focused on celebrating a night with family? The ceremony was at 7pm and we didn't cut the cake until after 8pm. I would have happily left the cake at her door at 9 p.m. if that had been explained to me, but shame on me for expecting exceptional product and service. I don't care if people that don't know me or the situation bash me on her page. She just didn't give me the opportunity to leave her an honest review. In no way do I have to defend myself. I would hate for anyone to feel like they did something wrong by putting their trust in a small business and I am not the one who has to live with the impression I am making with current or future clients by making me feel attacked. I don't see her policy anywhere for what happens if a customer isn't satisfied with their order. Whatever makes her feel better. Good luck to her and her business if that is the way she chooses to treat a client who chose to speak out.

May 4 our order was placed and paid for.. we also received a confirmation email for our order and for the pick up time/place. On May 7, we received another confirmation email stating PICK UP WAS CONFIRMED ON HER END. I showed up on the agreed time to pick up the order and no one was there at all. I called the number I received in my confirmation emails, turns out they were out of town. I gave her my name and the details of the pick up and she couldn't find my order as well as let me know it wasn't even started. No delivery was offered to me, just a "when can you come pick it up when I get back?" (We chose to pick the order up instead of her deliver it because there is an additional $15 fee.)I asked for a refund and stated I'd never try to do business with her again. Apparently I was the rude one! I showed up at the designated time and place (on a road that's blocked off completely for construction, so I had to walk to her house a bit) to pick up something I paid for to be gifted to me, on Mother's Day. Is what it is, I thought I'd have a better experience at a highly rated local cottage bakery.

The cake was amazing and I got exactly what I wanted. My coworkers and myself loved the flavor and it was not dry it had the perfect flavor. Highly recommended!!!!!!!! Cake perfect
