Take Five: Bistro & Bar

The attitudes of about 80% of the people who work here are absolutely abysmal. I understand that this probably isn't the most exciting job to have. However, it isn't any of our faults that you hate your job. It isn't our faults that nobody here can read a ticket order. We didn't make you take this job. We didn't make you stay working here. So please stop treating us like we are the problem with your workplaces. And, do your best not to wear your shitty attitudes on your faces. At the end of the day this is a customer service job. If you can't handle that then you need to figure out a new line of work. I got days with eating microwaved food because I despise having to come here to get a hot cooked meal.

Mediocre food and while the coffee is easily accessible, it leaves much to be desired. Their pricing does not make sense as normally free add ins like half and half cost an extra $0.50.

Kinda sad that fast food off base is cheaper for the equivalent burger, fries and drink, even when you account for gas money.

The food is pretty good and the staff and area to eat is nice, but those prices got jacked up and now it's almost not worth it.

Convenient and quick.

I do a lot of traveling; me and my wife, and it's a privilege to meet a great waiter that made us feel 100% comfortable dining at this restaurant. So hopefully somebody will read this review because your server was EXCELLENT. Not only In speech, but in hospitality as well. The food was excellent and we will recommend your restaurant to family and friends. At the time my wife was craving battered shrimp, which wasn't on the menu. As we were seated I couldn't help but ask to see if they will allow a special request. They did their very best and what was to come was the most amazing battered shrimp my wife had ever eaten. Me and my wife are from Cali and we will be flying back to your restaurant as soon as possible and as for Joe: our server, and Hyunji his helper we want to thank you very much. It takes good but is it really that difficult to fit the meat and cheese in bread?

The is the best 'Happy Hour' in Reno. This year they were under staffed. We waited in line 35 minutes prior to opening at 4PM. Seated at 4:10PM, snacks came quickly, but not the drinks. The tacos were rubbery and our first drink arrived at 4:40PM. This was the first time in 10 years or more that everything was not excellent.

Casual and VERY Good food, Service was attentive BUT VERY ODD to the point of annoyance! The waiter must have said "my dear lady" and "my sir" at least 30 times during the course of the meal. Have never had a waiter that I found SO annoying, again service was good except for the quirk. Would definitely retunr and would relocate tables to avoid this waiter.

Great chili, great dogs and burgers and wonderful people! Definitely give it a try.

25th wedding anniversary dinner with friends at Napa Bistro. Food was fantastic as was the top notch friendly service by Erick. We will be back!
