We are in Fallon for just a few days. We had dinner at The Grid and when we asked our servers where they would recommend we go for breakfast the overwhelming response was "Courtyard Cafe" - even a fellow patron piped in with his agreement.
We got a late start so missed breakfast (so we plan to hit it tomorrow on the way home) BUT I so enjoyed the Veggie Quesadilla! OH MY GOSH it was SO DELISH! It was completely stuffed with spinach, onions, peppers and zuchinni...and...

We stopped for breakfast today, WOW, probably the best breakfast place we have found in ages. All amazing, we even bought cupcakes to go! We will stop every time we pass by now. Can’t recommend them enough!
