First time in. Very few people. Bartender breaks something and both laugh joke and I wait several minutes to be served. Once served a drink I asked for food menu. 10 minutes later I got a menu. 10 more minutes past and was asked if I wanted another drink but not asked if I was ready to order. So I said I would like to cash out. 5 minutes later the bartender said sorry and I paid double for a single drink. Nope, won't ever go back.

I called in an order for pick up at 4:35pm, I was patient with the person taking my order because the system was slow. (I got a Medium Rare steak sandwich with fries, price with tax and dine fee: $25.32) The person told me 25 mins. When I got to the restaurant I noticed it was busy. I wasn't greeted at the door, until I saw the sign saying "seat yourself and notify a server". So I went to the bar, I told the bartender I have an order for pick up, she went to check on it and said, they're packing the order, right now. So I sat down at the bar waiting for my food. At this point it has been 33 mins. I had to remind the bartender I am waiting on food. She explains to me they have had a ton of call in orders and it has been busy (I saw one person with a take out order)
She helped another employee then checks to see if my food is ready. During the time I sat the bar, I was not offered a drink, let alone any type service/greeting, as if I did not exist. There was multiple employees who walked passed me and the other customer that was getting take out, was offered a drink. The bartender comes back with my food. When I get to my car I noticed that my food is visible cold and cold to the touch. I walk back inside and tell the bartender I was okay with waiting but this is cold and I no longer want my food. The bartender had more of sense of urgency to cancel than to try and fit it.
I enjoyed going to The Grid but this experience maybe my last.

My boyfriend and I went to The Grid hoping for a great experience as we were very hungry and excited for our first corn maze as a couple. After ordering our appetizer around 650pm, (give or take 5 minutes), we quickly realized we weren't going to have time for a meal before we had to be at the corn maze due to traffic stalling for 25 minutes. I told our server when she came back with our drinks that we won't be ordering meals due to the time constraint and would likely come back for dinner after. 40 minutes later and we still didn't have our appetizer order of just potatoe skins. When my boyfriend went to the bar to ask about our appetizer, ( because shes was also the bartender for the entire restaurant), it took another 15 minutes. We sat down about 640 and received our appetizer at 745! We expressed our disappointment with our server with calmness and respect and she tried making poor excuses for the wait instead of the clear mistep that happened, be it from her not giving the ticket or the kitchen missing it or a server that was helping her since she was both a server and bartender or something else. There was a mistake made, own it. That's all we wanted. I said "No ma'am you don't feed a table of 4 meals 15 minutes before we get our appetizer when they sat down 10 minutes after us." She literally ignored me and said "have a nice night" with such snarky sass we decided to speak to the floor manager. Guess what....it was our delightful server and bartender. My boyfriend with all the kindness he has still stayed calm and told her as a manager she dropped the ball in how she's handled this. He understood how her having these 3 positions was difficult, but this was not acceptable serveice. She stood her ground as this wasn't her fault and it was out of her control because "you see how busy we are". Lady, let me repeat: a table of 4 people were sat after us! (I know, we moved from that table, unfortunately into your section) and served their entire meal 10 minutes before we got our appetizer. We were literally about to ask to pay for our drinks and leave when you came with our food. The way you handled this was wrong. Do better. I sadly forgot her name since she spoke it over my boyfriend speaking, letting us know we could call corporate. Cora? Something close to that. We're incredibly disappointed in the poor management since the food and restaurant looked great.

Wonderful service.
I had the ribeye. It was tough and not great. The salad was very basic. Sweet potato fries were overdone. I would have preferred a baked potato but they were out. My server was excellent. It's your basic brew pub atmosphere. People having fun. I wish the food had been better.

I usually like The Grid and don't have many complaints. Food is good but pricey. The atmosphere is decent and we're pretty happy as long as we are not on the bar side. Service has always been hit or miss.
Unfortunately our last visit was awful. We waited over an hour and a half just to be served and recieved all our food at once (salads, entrees, dessert). It was busy but the wait was way too long. It was a special evening for us which is why we decided to visit The Grid. By the time we recieved our food most of patrons had cleared out and we were ready to leave and head home ourselves. It was very disappointing. I want to add we were not a big party. Just 2 adults. I think after this experience we are going to give The Grid a break and start visiting other establishments for our special occasions.

The server was way over worked. The food was horrid. Shimp scampi noodles were a gooey mass that was inedible. The bill was incorrect, i was charged for 4 meals when i clearly told her and pointed to the 3 i should have paid for. I did not get a copy of the bill until too late.

Food was just OK, not great, but the service was horrible. Had to get up and get my own tableware, service was very slow despite the fact that the place was only half full, had to remind the server to bring my side salad (it came after the entree) and we tried to order dessert. Server took the order but after a 20 minute wait, told her to cancel it. Not going back.

We had a large group (13), which included several generations of family for a Sunday evening meal. There appeared to be only two waitresses for the entire building, which was very crowded, so service was slow. We waited 20 minutes for our bill, never saw a paper copy, and ended up paying for another guests items.
The menus at my end of the table were all dirty. It appeared to be ketchup had been spilled on them. The table was also sticky. The high chair had food on it from a previous guest. The women's bathroom smelled terrible.
The food was mediocre for the price. I had ordered a taco salad without the shell, but there must have been corn or wheat in the seasoning because I had an allergic reaction. My 3 year old granddaughter was brought a veggie burger instead of a hamburger. When they brought the right thing, it was an adult size burger that was grisly, and she couldn't chew the meat. So my son paid a lot for French fries because that was all she could eat. The pasta that came with my dad's shrimp was congealed together and looked like paste, so he couldn't eat his either.
Overall disappointing and expensive.
Dietary restrictions: The waitress was less than helpful in determining what ingredients were in each dish. Everything has gluten.
Parking: There is plenty of parking and room. For large vehicles like trucks pulling trailers.
