Awesome food! I had the shrimp and crawfish roll and the Cajun poutine and they both hit the spot.

Drove all the way from Carson to try some New Orleans food before going there at the end of the year. Had a PO boy and shrimp and grits. Food and staff were both amazing!

Restaurant is super clean! Had the catfish sandwich and shrimp basket, very tasty. Love the Cajun dipping sauce and serving of fries was enough for two of us.

Finally was able to try the food here and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the catfish basket with a side of fried green tomatoes. The food was excellent! I will most definitely be back to try more on the menu.

I had to request spicy. For a Cajun place it's soft on spice

I was born and raised in Southern Mississippi, and I’ve been searching for a shrimp po’boy that lives up to my Gulf Coast memories. Bayou Bites absolutely nailed it. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned, the sauce was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I ordered a shrimp po’boy and a side of fried green tomatoes to go, and both hit the spot. Next time I might ask for the bread toasted, but honestly, this was hands down the best shrimp po’boy I’ve had outside of the Gulf Coast.

I also asked about gluten-free options and was pleasantly surprised to hear they have them — my wife will be thrilled she can finally enjoy some Jambalaya!

Outstanding food, amazing service, and a taste of home right here in Nevada. I’ll definitely be back.

The food was amazing and the staff is just as amazing. I've been wishing for a good Southern poboy and they deliver. I got the shrimp and crawfish roll with the catfish basket. Best thing I've had in this area in quite a while.

This place is great! Very accommodating. I love their collard greens and the shrimp is spectacular. The bread on the Po Boy is soft and delishious. They now have fountain drinks and served coleslaw with the meals. Tonight was the first time for the catfish. It was really good. Come on Gardnerville support this new business. It is so great to have new type of food. Not spicy just flavorful. Give it a try.

The food was fantastic, my wife and I drove all the way from Carson City and it was worth the drive. We will definitely be back agaon.again. We had the Poutine and the Gried tomato basket but dug in before we could take pictures. Pictured is the andouille and the catfish poboys. When we got our dessert we dug in to quick to take pictures again, but my wife that doesnt like bread pudding said she will be back for it. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back again.

Very yummy!! I’ve only ever had one po boy in my life prior to this and I’ve never had poutine, so I don’t really have any point of reference, but this food was delicious and worth the 20 minute drive for something out of the ordinary! The menu is small, which I really like! Large menus freak me out. It is a very casual restaurant without any standard wait service but the girl at the register was very friendly and helpful when I needed something. I came in with my husband and two of my children, we ordered 2 po boys, 2 shrimp baskets, one chicken basket and an order of poutine; it was just shy of $100 which I feel like, for our family is standard. We did end up needed a couple bottles of water which were $2 each, so they don’t provide water cups. It’s bring your own, or buy a bottle. No biggie. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend!
