The service was good. Buns didn't seem fresh. I waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru for 3 combo meals. They apologized and greeted me but it was a while to wait.

The drive through is very slow and they keep on messing up my order. The food is good if they get it correct. I know they are understaffed but the rudeness I have received is enough of a reason why I don't know if I will be going back to this location.

I love Burger King. Unfortunately, every time we go through the drive thru they mess up the order and then are rude about it. I don't usually complain about a restaurant, I just won't go back. I still want my Whopper sometimes. Retrain employees please.

Worst Burger King ever! Go in and waited 10 mins to be helped. When employee came to help he was mocking me and doing everything I was doing. Then started talking some gibberish under his breath while making weird facial expressions. I ordered a burger and asked for no pickles. After waiting over 30 mins for my food they still ended up putting pickles on my burger. When employee walked my food over he was marching and going real slow. I also heard a customer ask for no mayo due to being allergic and they still put mayo on his burger. Another customer comes in and said they had her order wrong and he goes on and makes fun of her and says happy Mother’s Day when he gives her the correct order I take it. Just the worst service and Burger King iv ever been to. Definitely NEVER coming back to this location and I recommend anyone else not to.
Gross. The wait time was 28 minutes in the drive-thru. Then the when looking into the window, there was trash and food all over the floor. Things were in complete disarray, and when I finally got my hamburger, it was falling apart.
On December 30, 2024, at 5:30 pm, my wife, my daughter and I went to this Burger King. We were very well served by a smiling young employee, but we do not know her name. We would like to thank her for her politeness and kindness in the service. She was very happy to know that we are Brazilian 🇧🇷 and were on vacation in the USA🇺🇸. Many thanks to this young employee, and we wish her much success and luck in her life!
Slow and rude every time I come through here. This is the worst fast food place in town and that's saying something.
Tried the Double Cheeseburger for like $3 bucks and got a FREE large order of fries by ordering on the app online. Made the order and then it was ready right when I got there!
Fries were hot and the burger was heavier (good thing) than I expected, stuffed fill of meat and cheese. It's a deal for $3 bucks compared to the rest of the menu, like the Whoppers.
