Waited 20 mins in the drive-thru for a pickup order made ahead of time on the app. Had I know I was going to have to wait without being able to escape the line, I would have parked and gone in. That might have saved 5 mins. Something needs to be done about this situation. Appears to be going on for quite a while now.

Came in to order some food for our family and was greeted by a very rude lady named Corina as we were ordering she continued to huff and puff about us ordering as if we were a inconvenience. We always stop here when we travel and have ever had this experience. You guys should do better and be better. I am in shock at the way we were treated she should be embarrassed

Food is always cold and service is horrible even if your the only customer there. $22 for two cold burgers and the employee acted like I kicked her cat when I said I didn't want to donate to their charity/tax evasion sceme.

Before you leave make sure all your food is all in the bag and they may take awhile so bring your patient's and young kids might give you attitude and might be to busy talking to pay attention to you. Night time is the worst time to go Just saying this what I've delt with for the past 3 years.. Morning and afternoon is the best time to go.. The prices are pretty expensive I've paid over 30 dollars for 2 combo meals..

The service was good. Buns didn't seem fresh. I waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru for 3 combo meals. They apologized and greeted me but it was a while to wait.

The drive through is very slow and they keep on messing up my order. The food is good if they get it correct. I know they are understaffed but the rudeness I have received is enough of a reason why I don't know if I will be going back to this location.

I love Burger King. Unfortunately, every time we go through the drive thru they mess up the order and then are rude about it. I don't usually complain about a restaurant, I just won't go back. I still want my Whopper sometimes. Retrain employees please.
