missing cheese and mayo on whopper and they put mustard on texas double after placing an order with no mustard. missing mayo on texas double too. jalapenos on texas double for no reason.
employees are not reading the notes of the order after the first line. drove to tahoe 20miles away to see the incompetence and wrong order

Everything about this place sucked. I went in to get a quick meal ended up waiting 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries when I got my order my food was cold. I don't understand why it took so long for me to get cold food but I'm highly unsatisfied and never coming here again

Ordered two whopper jrs no onion no pickle add BBQ sauce got home and I live 30 miles away and what I received was a bun and a party with some cheese. Then I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo put so much on there I couldn't even touch it.
Terrible! Items left out of order. Food cold & awful!

I can't say anything about food since the two times I have been to this location I have yet to get food. The first time, they had the entire store shut down right after lunch because "WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND EVERYONE IS AT LUNCH." A first for me. Today at lunch, they shorted me a burger at the drive through. Since the lobby is closed for remodelling and they do not answer their phone, i was forced to go through the extremely slow drive through again. Since everything was getting cold, it was snowing, I asked for the order to be redone so we could have a hot meal. Remember, this was their error, not mine. They refused and said I would only get the burger they forgot to put in the bag...once I got through line. I asked for a refund which they did...yes I gave them the food.Summary: gone twice and have never actually gotten a meal...there will not be a third.
